Cretas Free Aires Via LLEDO
Cretas has a Free Aires with Services (No EHU).
The town is worth a walk around though nothing special.
The is a Public Weigh Bridge which takes a single €1 coin and Prints a slip out.
The Aires is supposed to be handy for the Via Verdee, but some steep hills involved.

Camping Itsis Mendi, St Jean de Luz
zhlédnutí 160Před 3 měsíci
Terraced Campsite, no good if you have mobility problems. Long hilly walk to the beach. The Pitches can be a bit tight length ways and slopping. ACSI Price is €19/night. 2 Pools 1 indoors, 1 outdoor with slides, both heated and open all season. Restaurant (worst and dearest chips we have had all trip) and Super market .
Camping Els Ports
zhlédnutí 176Před 3 měsíci
Camping Els Ports is near the town of Arnes, Tarragona. Large Pitches, with the usual mix of Chalets, and Spanish Statics (some rather tatty). The Bar/Restaurant closed during our week there through lack of use. The Largish Pool is only open the the summer and was being renovated while we were there. The service blocks were nice, showers are push button type with good pressure but ran out of ho...
Alannia Costa Blanca

The Alannia Resorts site at Crevillenta, Alicante is Massive. I've covered a lot of it, but missed some areas like the Supermarket (well stocked and some English items, Heinz Beans, Tea Bags, Gravy, Bacon ect), Kiddies play areas. The Site is popular with The Caravan & Motorhome club guided tours and ACSI Groups. I would recommend a Bike or other transport. Nice nature reserve near by with Flam...
Olvera Aires & Via Verde de la Sierra
zhlédnutí 84Před 4 měsíci
The Aires at Olvera is mainly used for Walking/Cycling the Via Verde de la Sierra, a 36Km long ex-railway line. The Via Verde has many tunnels long & short and 4 Viaducts. The Aires is at one end of the line making it a very long walk/ride if you want to do the whole length. We were told the town of Olvera is well worth a visit, but we decided it would be too much for us. Next to the Aires is a...
Camping Playa Taray
zhlédnutí 155Před 5 měsíci
Our third trip to this Campsite, Friendly reception staff, she remembered us from our last trip in 2020 when the dreaded C19 hit. The owner has made some improvements. 2 new extra units with 2 toilets and 2 showers in each. Electrics have all been renewed but still 2 pin 6 Amp. Campsite still gets muddy when it rains. See our previous Video here czcams.com/video/nA1DfIR7p4I/video.html
Autocar Aires Pueblo de Guzman, Spain
zhlédnutí 61Před 5 měsíci
This seems to be a 'Marmite' Aires, some love it, some hate it. We liked it especially as the forecast was for heavy rain and the Aires is on a concrete base. The Aires costs €3/night collected by Council workers. We are not sure what the steel structures are for but they make parking more interesting. There is a 'Dia' supermarket at the roundabout and the town is well worth a visit. We would u...
Motorhome City Murcia (by IKEA)
zhlédnutí 166Před 6 měsíci
Autocaravanas Area in Murcia, close to Shops including Aldi, Alcampo, Decathlon and Ikea. Basicley a Carpark with a dual Motorhome service point. People are also using the adjacent car part as an overflow park. It's OK for a night though some people are using it for longer.
A63 France Accident 5/1/2024

Heading to Spain for our annual get-away. The rain was torrential but cars were flying by us! Then this, I hope they were all OK no other cars involved by the looks of it.
Conkers Camping & Caravan Site
zhlédnutí 678Před 7 měsíci
This is an Update to our 2015 Video. Nothing much has changed on site. Chippy van still visits on Saturday evening (16:30'ish) Still an excellent site for Walking/Cycling and if you have little ones a visit to the Conkers discovery site may be in order.
Dunbar Camping & Caravan Club Site
zhlédnutí 543Před 8 měsíci
Nice Camping & Caravan Club site with Sea views. The site can be a bit exosed in Bad weather. Good for walking and cycling, weather dependent. There is an ASDA super store about a mile down the road toward Dunbar with 24hr Petrol Station (Card Only). One well kept facilities Block.

Skye C & CC

Camping and Caravan Club Site on the Isle of Skye. Nice site on a working Croft with Pigs, Sheep and Highland Cows. The site is on the Banks of Lock Greshornish, it can be very windy.
Croile Croft CL Site, Kingussie. Scotland
zhlédnutí 134Před 9 měsíci
Croile Croft is just off the main A9 inverness road. The site is very basic but has everything you could need, Water, Grey Waste and Black water dumps. There are 5 hard standings by the Railway (trains stop about 23:00 starting again at about 07:00) and 5 'Astro Turf' pitches in the Camping field, but you can park anywhere in the field. The Town has a Coop store, Laundrette, Chippy and Chinese ...
Jadę tam za tydzień🥰.Thank you for the great video, I'm going there next week🥰
Enjoy your trip.
1st roundabout at the start of the video ........ lane discipline. There have been a lot of collisions there....... otherwise good video.
Yep, must be more careful.
Very few videos of Beddgelert Campsite on CZcams, so good to find one that gives a mini tour - even if some of it was unintentional!
Unfortunately you are no longer allowed to stay overnight at the canal quayside and are likely to get moved on by the local police if you try. Last time I was there in 2022 a river cruiser was disembarking passengers among the parked vans.
Thanks for the update.
hi at the start of your video you saw a bear in a field, thats wojtek the soldier bear. if you goggle his name you will read a fantastic story of this bear in ww2
An interesting story, thanks. Also found a BBC article here www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-50476004
Thanks. Great info. Heading there next year
Thanks for your comment. The video is 8 years old, but looking at their Web Site ( www.jeugdstadion.be/E/index.php ) nothing looks to have changed. I beleive the Menin Gate is having work done to it, but this may be finished by the time you go. Have a good trip. Trooper
Lovely site we stayed over last year nice friendly staff
Not a bad view from the site 👍🏻 liking the new van 👍🏻
Thanks, loving the New Van. Loverly view but It's been blowing a gale every night.
Hi - how did you book this? I can't find a website or anything. Thanks!
Hi, I don't know if you can book this place. We never book anywhere on our Winter breaks (Just have a Plan 'B'). Just looked and found this - davidjayala.wixsite.com/arealcaidesamarina hope it helps.

My dad lives on that site,he is the maintenance guy there
Busy job I should imagine, it's quite a big site
THANK YOU for making these! I am a complete novice & interested in emptying grey & black water RV motorhome style! ☺
Thanks for your comment. Emptying Grey water is normally just a matter of driving over the grid so your outlet lines uo with the grid and opening your drain valve. Blck Water, it may be best to watch someone else do it, from a distance.🤢 EHU = Electric Hook Up. PS If you like the Video please hit the 'Like' 👍Button Trooper
Thank you and keep making them! ☺
Looking a little empty, we are there for Christmas this year. Really quite excited it’s a great site with everything you need on the doorstep. 😊
We were suprised it was so quiet, but I suppose it is the end of November. Enjoy your Christmas stay :)
Useful info, thanks.
Muito bom e sossegado muito preto do centro de Évora
Thanks for sharing. Is that the only aire in Oissel? We’re heading there in the small hours this evening after getting off the channel tunnel.
Yes, as far as we know. If it had been full we would have headed for Nonancourt (video on utube) or Pont del Arche.
Be advised they have a music festival in July on the camp site.
Thanks for the information. We have only ever been there in the winter.
il es cher, il un autre aire de camping-car moins es simpa
Barreras subidas? Nadie controla la entrada y salida? Donde están los extintores? Solo e visto uno, y las papeleras? Buuuf paso palabra
At least the solar panel will keep the leisure battery charged up
Some how I would be very worried leaving a Motorhome/Campervan in La Linea, for a day visit to Gib
I wouldn't park in the town itself, but the Marina/Aires does have security and feels very safe.
Merci je connaissais pas
Votre welocme
Have stayed here a few times, Good campsite, near to the river, nice walk into Plasencia, great pool and restaurant, nice people
Love videos like this. We're off there next week and it's always nice to be able to see approach roads and site layout before arriving. 👍
I hope it stops you making the same mistake as me ;o) Enjoy your stay.
Nice aire only stayed once for two nights. Good spot to get into the city on the public bus. Hade a great tapas meal for not a lot in the city.
A good stopping place have used a couple of times on our winter trips. With luck hope to be parked up here in December.
Fingers crossed for you John. This was the first time we had used the Aire (normaly used the Campsite) but hopefuly not the last.
@@TheCaravanChannelForum We went Geocaching from it as some are close within walking distance but did not use the trams, maybe next time.
Hello guys, could you share some info on how it works now moving in a motorhome/van with non Spanish plates within Spain in the covid situation? Are there the police checks and how do you handle them? Thanks a lot
Hi, we havent been in Spain since March last year (check the date on the Dash Cam footage 2018). As far as I know you are not allowed to travel around Spain in a Motorhome at the moment. The best bet is to ask someone who is there at the moment like czcams.com/users/OurTourBlogVideosvideos
@@TheCaravanChannelForum thanks a lot
Nice walk along the river into town (Ayr)
We would totaly agree with that :o)
mí racuerdo de este camping in 2005
Nos gusto el sitio y nos hubieramos quedado mas tiempo si no se hubiera inundado por la tormenta.

Pleased you got home safe, such a weight of your mind
Good luck
