I grew up watching The Crow and I love the movie. It may actually be my 2nd favorite movie just above Smokey and the Bandit and just below Empire Records. I understand people wanting to hold on to a movie from their past as the best version of something and talk about how it still holds up and there is no need for a remake. Just because it holds up doesn't mean a new generation of movie goers have any real interest in it. Do I think it is going to be as good as the first one, no. But at the same time, it should definitely be better than the garbage fire sequels that came out after the first. It isn't a bad thing for something to be remade to draw in a new generation as long as it is done well or even improves on the original (The Blob). I agree with the name thing though they were asking for trouble with that. But for the people ranting about Brandon Lees legacy, I wonder how many of them (non-movie reviewers) could name a single thing from his past works without having to check IMDB. I'll give it a chance and hope to be presently surprised.

It is one of those movies that a remake could do well if updated for today. Holding closer to the book but instead of calling in that you spotted one you would just take a pic and tag them and little changes like that. Not that it needs to be improved and likely wouldn't be but, in some ways, I would love to see a remake of They Live as well, but not sure if anyone could do it justice.

I would like to see The Jetsons Cartoons for not just season 1 from 1962-63, but also in season 2 and season 3 from 1985-87 in 72 episodes. The Flintstones does have 166 episodes in 6 seasons from 1960-66.

I think the Thor movies really took off when Taika Waititi got involved. Adding humor was a great idea, but I think finding a middle ground between Ragnarok and Love And Thunder is a good way to go. Keep the humor, but dail it back a bit.

It was a little too heavy on the comedy for sure, but I don't get the hate for it. It will be interesting to see what the style/balance will be like without Waititi being involved though.
