I just opened my new bottle of NESCAFE coffee and found that it was only 3/4 way full. Was wondering when you would follow suit and steal from your customer's. I went to grocery store and found every bottle I picked up was the same . Needless to say I'll switch to the other brand that hasn't cheated us yet . Bye NESCAFE ,you really disappointed me.

I think your review could be great, but the background noise is way to loud and drowns you out. Turning up the volume makes you audible, but then the background noise is so loud and annoying I stopped the video.

You should of compared the Duncan midnight dark roast vs. the McCafe French Roast since both are dark roast vs. the original Duncan which is only a light roast coffee. you cannot compare light roast vs. dark roast but you can compare two different dark roasts.

You ignore one VERY key factor, that being how many people are drinking the brew. My wife and I have coffee together every morning-one of the benefits of retirement. She prefers a lighter, flavored style, while I drink a dark roast. And if I have a second cup, it must be decaf (doctor’s orders). Hence, a POD setup is not only preferable, but required.

I used to LOVE Black Silk coffee from Folgers but lately it has tasted weak and just not smooth or strong enough. I make it the same way as always. I am in Canada. Is it just not the same composition or made differently here? Quite disappointed with my coffee right now.

Love my E8 Except for the almost $20 a month filter cost! Yupe, the cost of a E8 filter has increased $5 since I purchased the machine. Jura doesn’t allow other companies to manufacture the filter like other models so Jura can keep increasing the filter price as much as they like. Or they can keep the price stable but reduce the quality making you replace more often: QUALITYFLATION!

Everyone! NO PLASTIC in your coffee gear! This list is hideous. There's no such thing as food grade plastic. "BPA free" is such a crock. It's pure marketing to get people to buy cheap, inferior products. We put scolding hot water in these French presses over and over again. There's no side effects? Get a plastic-free French press. I have an Alessi 9094 French press, all stainless steel and glass.

I've been trying to dial this in for a while and I'm not satisfied with the coffee im getting. I'm not assuming it's the fault of the device. What am I doing wrong? I've tried different coffees and different grind sizes. I'm neither getting bitter nor sour as far as I can tell.. It tastes more of plastic or metal or ash, and kind of flat, perhaps oxidized. Fresh hot coffee tastes like a stale cup. Halp!

Bought a pack of the Espresso no 7 orange pods. Absolutely terrible! The pods hardly let any water through, it slows to a dribble then stops and the machine shuts down. Won’t be buying them again!
