Eco Save - Water saver Valve for Caravans. How good 😊 No more bucket in the shower
zhlédnutí 72Před měsícem
If your hot water service is at the opposite end of your van to the shower then this valve will save running cold water down the drain or to a bucket when off grid .
GPX 6000 WA Gold , They all add up .
zhlédnutí 256Před 4 měsíci
No matter what the size, they all add up in the end. And at the price of gold atm, am happy to take all the little stuff. Noisy wet ground doesn’t mean down tools. Just work with it and you might be surprised what you dig up.
GPX 6000 Prospecting Tip: Reading the ground.
zhlédnutí 841Před 4 měsíci
Working with saturated ground can be hard work with lots of false signals. You can use this time to research and mark points of interest to come back to when it drys out .
GPX 6000 Storm making for noisy work on the Gold
zhlédnutí 642Před 4 měsíci
WA Gold out Lake Darlot way. Big storm approaching and using Avantree headphones on speaker mode made for a very noisy clean up with this lovely nugget. Tip : plug in the ear buds of the Avantree headphones on clean up and you will get zero EMI from the headphones.
GPX 6000 Prospecting Tip: patch hunting .
zhlédnutí 259Před 4 měsíci
Swing around and around the first target until you find the next and so on. Draw an imaginary line between targets and this may just give you and idea of what way the gold is running. Make sure you slow your swing right down after you get that first target and keep the coil nice and low.

Very cool to walk through and just imagine what it would have been like in its hay day. If only the old broken down walls could talk.
GPX 6000 Prospecting Tip: Cow Lick Foil.
zhlédnutí 159Před 4 měsíci
Cow licks are mostly covered in a al foil wrapping .when place, most of the foil if left on the lick. Cows injest this foil while licking the salt lick and it comes back out the back end . This is all of those tiny square bits of tin foil that you may have been finding and wondering what they are from.

how much is this piece worth?
Just under $100 mate .
Unfortunately many people have to replace their entunes to make the functionality more simple again. Entune should have been made correctly from the beginning.
Hey Andy from Outback Tilt Tray,, bloody rippa bloke,, the kinda bloke you like for a neighbour. 😎 I hope you were ok 😟
Cheers mate . If it wasn’t for yourself id probably come back to a stripped and burnt out car. Was only for you putting it out there and ringing around that I drove out. Can not thank you enough. Thanks also goes out to the local police (woodsy) who put me up and gave me clothes from his own wardrobe. And not to forget Bug Man who drove out to check on my vehicle and tip it back over . Thanks so much once again. Will be back down that way this month and will be calling in to say hi 😊
@@damagesgoldprospecting7635 I’m not Andy, just had a bit to do with him. But they are all a pretty good mob out that way. I ll be back there Oct Nov
@@pjetenere1 sorry, should have put my glasses on 😂 Mulga man is an absolute legend.
@@damagesgoldprospecting7635 Andy's truck is bit of a legend too,, I love it
@@pjetenere1crazy bit of kit. Could not believe my eye when I saw that old girl roll it with a parado on the back in boggy conditions to help pull the police car out of the bog. And when he said he would just chuck a u turn on the boggy track , I just held my breath thinking now the truck will be bogged , but not a chance . Such a good operator with a truck that will just about go anywhere. Love it
Can I use debit card for this method
💯. As long as it has the magnetic strip
I bet there’s more on your BACK..!!
You know it 😛
Not a fix more of a hack. Sadly didn't work for me
Thank you!! Just got a new phone and was about to cry!!
Will this work also on my NSZT-W62g unresponsive touch?
Not sure mate . Will not harm trying 😊
Would love to come for a swing with my gpx6000
More than welcome anytime 😊

Time waster!
Didn't work for me buddy
Happy Days 👊🏼
For saturated wet ground maybe try the 6000 with the NF Exceed 12x7” and also just like the fellow that already mentioned the 14” DD. ~Or a DD coil running on a 5000, or try the 7000.
Yes . A coil change will definitely help. I did change to the NF with a very notable difference . Still got a few false target no where near as bad as the standard coil.
Man that looks trippy.🤣 Well done👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
Luv it🤣🤣🤣
Good on ya that was good
Thanks 🙏
Run the 14” dd in the wet, a lot more stable. Keep the content coming, good work 👌
Cheers 🍻
Nice piece
Cheers . I wish I got vid of the next bit from the same spot . Nice 3G slug
That is a nice find. Is that a Satellite Phone in your back pocket.?
Narr, I carry GME PLB . Very portable. It’s good to be on the safe side of things especially if you are out by yourself. I have looked at satellite phone for the next trip but am leaning towards Starlink. This way I can use my phone to get out of trouble but also have some entertainment
Yes the 6’s new technology will find under .5 gram ones missed by other machines. I have a 6 and thank you for the tips even though I am in Canada with different geology and glacial till. It’s hard to tell, are you using the stock ML 11” coil.?
Very good on the small gold. I use both the standard coil of if I can and a nugget finder for mineralised and saturated soils. The elliptical nugget finder is also good for when poking around grassy areas and under trees in tight spots .
With 14x9 Coiltek on the 6k I’m finding 0.02gm at 3inch
@@exvictorian3605 how good is that. Trevor makes some awesome coils
@@damagesgoldprospecting7635 ~Thank you, yes the reports on the nuggetfinder exceed 12x7 coil say it is quieter in mineralization and quieter on EMI than the other 6k coils.
@@exvictorian3605 ~ Thank you for the good report on that CT goldhawk 14x9 coil, it has a very good balance between much needed ground coverage and sensitivity. The 6k’s ML 17x13 coil has the best ground coverage but probably less sensitive.
Cheers, informative
No problem 👍
I’ve tried with dozens of card I can’t add a new device to my vehicle 😢
Thanks for sharing that info. I used a flat blade screw driver to gently pry out the air vent from the dash, starting at the top of the vent, it pops out easy.
A person can get skin cancer on the back of hands and also age the skin. I wear gloves when I go out detecting.
Yes. It is also amazing what a bit of red dirt will show up. Skin check when I get home. Always good to take precautions like gloves or regular sunscreen 🧴 on all exposed skin .
@@damagesgoldprospecting7635 The red dirt is harmless but regular cream sunscreens are not good to use because of the dangerous chemicals that are absorbed into the bloodstream. The best ones to use and the healthiest sunscreens are mineral sunscreens containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide but they can leave an unappealing white colour on the skin. Using “no” sunscreen is the best option and just wear gloves instead. Never ever wear short sleeves and short pants but rather instead always wear long sleeve collared shirts and always long pants and always wear socks. A wide brim hat or a veil hat if possible and the very best quality sunglasses as well
Looking good indeed fam. Keep on having fun getting that Au and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠
Cheers . Same same 😊
That’s a very, very tight patch! The NF Exceed or CT Goldhawk coils are supposed to be more sensitive than the factory stock ML GPX 11” coil. Also it’s both spelt and correctly pronounced T’ar’get and NOT T’o’get.
Cheers . The NF coil runs a lot quieter on WA ground but I also like the shape for sticking its nose into cracks and tight spots .
@@damagesgoldprospecting7635 ~Thank you for the good advice, I appreciate it. Yes I have also heard that the NF Exceed is quieter from somebody else, but the CT Goldhawk can be a little more sensitive.
Great night of hunting. Great success 💯% 👍👍
Cheers . Love the hunt 😊
Awesome. Happy Day 👍👍
Flys don’t seem too bad. Still a bit of moisture in the soil
They definitely have there moments First time I have ever worn a fly net. Looking like a tourist now 😛 you are right with the moisture but getting better by the day 👏

Visited that spot a few times.. Keep the beer cold 🥶..
Than you so much for this worked !!!! Point of note to Aussie’s. Use your Medicare card As it seems modern bank cards don’t work but my Medicare instantly worked 👍🏻
Legend! Worked on my 2014 hilux
I used 4mm 3.6m Yellow Poly Cable Feeder Bunnings code 4430566 after my 1st panel died, im amusing to heat failure, it the stuff sparkies use to pull cables, it like 5 bucks some double sided tape the 30lb type also from big green shed and hopefully all will be good, my one concern is could i get any whistling at different speeds, it going on the roof of the pajero, side note that 30lb tape was used on the 1st panel it so strong im not going to even try and remove it, just wack the new panel on top.
So I have to use a card all the time. That’s not a fix
So grateful for this video. Worked like a charm on my 2015 Toyota Fortuner. Thanks 🙏
Wait, I noticed you have the glass covering the display is lifted up?? How do you do that?
Not sure what you mean. It is a sock unit .

I'm extremely grateful to you for this video! My Toyota Touch suddenly went off the radar re all my paired devices on Christmas Eve. I tried all ways and spent ages trying to re-attach, and was just envisioning having to pay megabucks to get the problem resolved - even to the point of replacing the radio head - when, lo and very behold! - I came across your video and, joy unspeakable, it then took me just a few minutes to get everything re-attached and up and running again. Thank you so very much! Wishing all reading this a very happy 2024!
Hi Mate, I have followed the same path that you have taken. What cable did you use? The one I have has been crimped by the tailgate
Hi. I used a flat or rectangular shaped 12v cable that i purchased online . I made sure that it sat flat at the point where it travels under the tail gate . Hope this helps
Man, mine is really messed up since even this doesn’t work for me.
