Love fat 50's. Tested out my guitar today at the guitar shop against vintage 2 57'($3K), Pro 2, and some custom shop 60's ($6K) and my mim strat with fat 50's took the cake and had a nicer action as well.

Is there any difference in a sound, compared with normal Fly3 ? Or is it only visual difference ?
I think normal Fly 3 has more modern over drive sound than vintage one, that's all ! rest of them all same.

I've had my Blackstar Fly 3 for a few months now it's honestly the best amp I've had and I've previously had a Marshall Origin 20 and a Boss Katana. The tones you can get on this small box is usable and tasteful. I've sold my previous amps because I really don't see the need for them anymore. This review is the best one yet - no over the top production, fancy guitar pedals, expensive gear. Just straight to the amplifier recorded using a simple camera giving you an accurate account of what most people are going to be doing without all the recording knowledge.

Love my Fly 3 also. The Katana Mini is also very good (and does high gain very well), but the tones on the Fly are just unbeatable. One of the best sounding clean guitar amps I've ever heard.
Best demo on CZcams, and I think the most musical (IMHO), highlights some really useable tones, as opposed to the extremes that most reviews seem to have the "EQ" set at... definitely a tweakable amp as you have proved. If they were less expensive I'd like to get a second limited edition, some very cool designs! I liked the vintage model for the chicken head nobs. I do wish they had a tweed covered model, but I suppose that would make it too expensive? Great demo, thanks.
thanks, I like chicken head knobs too! People should try this FLY3 Vintage Amps ,this is really good portable amp like FLY3 Black one.,battery lasts pretty long even i use almost month.

Very nice demo play! It's probably as good as it gets, as far as the Amplug 2 is concerned. In general, the Amplug 2 (Blues) was a disappointment for me. The audio circuit is VERY noisy, no matter what impedance headphone I connect. Same, when I use a combo amp. As light as it is, it still has some weight so if you have a guitar where the socket for the jack points downwards, the Amplug may keep falling out when you move the guitar, like it does for me. It doesn't even need vigorous shaking for this to happen. I've never had problems with normal leads slipping out. The effects are not very nice. They are plagued by audio artifacts. This little gadget is not even that amazingly cheap. You can get a cheap mini-combo for not a lot more. It is also susceptible to any eletromagnetic interference. Bass? It severly attenuates the lower end of the audio spectrum at any tone setting. Sure, if you are travelling light, it may do but I don't consider it good value. The most usable setting is the orange chanel with gain and volume set to around mid values. Is it just me? Did I get a one-off dud?? In comparison, I have a little 2W mini amp, also from Vox, which is waaay better. Sure, you can't expect miracles from the little inbuilt speakers but the controls are much-much nicer and the amp and the effects sound so much better and there is also much less noise. OK, it's also much bigger than the Amplug 2 but it's still reasonably compact and light. As for the Amplug, make sure to try one out, before you buy, to avoid potential disappointment. If you like it, it's great, but it didn't work for me...
This is just demo play to show what Vox Amplug 2 is. when i plug in earphone, this is pretty useful item. i don't know this is worth it for 50 bucks but i bought this for fun. i think this one is not bad. thanks. Good luck !
