Got flagged for spam on my own comment, so I'll have to do it without the link. Ilja Jusupov (x4fab) of CSP has a potential solution - it's a bit above my head, but perhaps it can help eliminate this issue: In a convo on the CSP Discord with a Reboot Team member, Ilja says there is a dynamic lights limit of 300 - due to it fitting neatly into the 32KB cache for pixel shaders. This is likely what is causing so much light pop-in in tracks like this Bahrain - there are too many dynamic lights around the circuit, and being around too many at once causes major pop-in. There is something that can be used called "exclusive" lights - these essentially lower the fidelity, update rate and detail of certain lights when the "camera" is a certain distance away from it. When these lights become "exclusive", they lose a lot of detail - but do NOT count against that 300-light limit. Perhaps a significant amount can be converted to "exclusive" lights in order to eliminate the issue. It may reduce some fidelity around the outside of the track, but the benefits would far outweigh the cost. The full convo is in the Custom Shaders Patch Discord server, in the #help tab. I believe you are a member of that server, if you are indeed "fenryr24". There's a set of code there from Ilja in a screenshot that may help you. Have a look if you get the chance. Hey Fenryr, Is there any way to lessen the light pop-in on the night version? Your video shows the problem at 2:03, 2:19, 2:47, 3:05 and 3:29. The lighting in each corner, or each straight, is not showing until you get very close to the corner, and then it pops in. It's quite distracting in endurance racing. I've played around with the ext_config.ini with no luck. I'd just like the lights to show at a further distance from the car. If it is possible from my end, or from yours via an update, please let me know. Thanks.

I used to love AC, but after playing LMU, AC feels very 'floaty' on the road.

I wanna give couple of feedback: 1- The left curb at the entry of tetre rouge is buggy. I think the ground finishes and left tyres drops to literally emptiness. 2-Walls at the Porsche corners are basically not there. Especially the blue one, exit of the first left corner at the sequence. 3- Trees are to bright. Normally their colour are more kinda darker green.

Hi! I've just downloaded the Barcelona 3.3 version on your Patreon. I have decompressed it and when I enter into the folder I see another folder which says "Barcelona 3.1" instead of "3.3". Is it right?

The track is great and I don’t want to be picky, but the first thing I noticed was the difference in scale on the car with the interior carbon fibre. The roof lining is larger scale than the other carbon. Weird 🤷‍♂️

The track has a very nice feeling, much better than the FM7 version. Ofc I know it's probably an early prototype version of the track and there will be plenty of further updates, but from what I've noticed so far, the wall in the Porsche corners has no collision, and the wheels of the car fall under the ground when you take the outside kerb on the left at the entrance to the Tertre Rouge corner

How long does it take per track and do you think your ever gonna do monaco or something like silverstone since we dont have any good up to date versions of them on assetto corsa?

this looks incredible, curbs are actually usable it seems, ford chicanes are finally accurate compared to reboot version, i just hope track limits are accurate in this version

Good effort mate! But there is a long way to go and I‘m absolutely there for it. Is there a timing plan for the 100% like in ACC version and are new tourist-, vln/nls-, only nordschleife- and the various nürburgring (gp, gp endu chicane, sprint, sprint endu chicane) layouts planned as well if it‘s possible with the acc base?
