Owners, managers & seniors will surely not give access to lower level accountants to online banking credentials but surely held responsible to lower level employees for any mistakes or negligence.

Fully agree with your idea, it should be a daily work but to do this on daily basis, accounts need fully eccess to online banking credentials to check & download daily bank statements.

Hello hi, good morning. may I ask you some questions about the "option of expenses" in P&L? like; 1. daily/monthly payment of "vendors" by cash/cheque, 2. Direct Purchase, 3. Paid Out for deposit at Bank, 4. Cash loan/IOU some money and return cash loan/IOU many ((note: all those are posted in expenses option and how to use in P&L sheet?))

Sir kindly clarify - Suppose if a company ABC is registered and its MOA says authorized capital 1 crore and No. Of shares 1 crore who's F.V. is 1 INR. Now initially the promoter pays 10 Lakh and receives 10 Lakh shares. The paid up capital at that moment will be 10 Lakh and company in future can raise 90lakh more. Say after 1 year the company is doing well and now the promoter wants Venture capitalist to invest 10 lakh. As the company did well so promoter decided to give per share for 2 INR instead of 1 INR. Hence VC will get 5 lakh shares of F.V 1 INR for 10Lakh investment. My question is at this moment the total paid-up capital will be 20 Lakhs or 15 Lakhs? (The company has distributed only 15 Lakh shares of F.V. 1 INR )? 2) suppose in the above case instead of raising 10 Lakh from VC, promoter wants 1.8 crore but he has only 90 lakh as Authorised capital. So can he sell all 90 lakh reserved shares of F.V. inr 1 for 2 INR ( so company can receive 1.8 crore )? In this can this sell will be lawfully correct with any change in MOA?
