I heard that loches can be sensitive to paragard. Are they okay with salt?
Yes they can be since they are scaleless, however, they did great with paraguard.
The last loach you show in the beginning is a sewellia lineolata. I have two of those and one borneo. Everytime I order a borneo, I get sewellias 💀. They're the most aggressive loach I've ever owned and bullied the borneo.

I run a piece of airline tubing from the nozzle so i can drain it without hanging it up. Either way works.

Dors rock wool give enouh nutrient to the plant? So I don't need to put soil anymore? That would be great!
It doesn’t give nutrients it is inert so you will need to add ferts

Im finding it hard. Got a few that look like a male but also looks like it has a gravid spot as well 🤷🏻♂️
Give it a bit more time they still might be too young. Also look at the anal fin that usually is easier

It could be dropsy, I would do a fast on the tank to see if the fish can pass any blockage. I recommend at least 1 or 2 days of fasting a week on your fish

Smaller tanks should be more regular so like weekly. And be sure to not do complete like 50% and live plants will help a lot in a smaller tank like that

No you should be fine, as long as you have some sort of filter on the tank

Silicone is for glass, and you could use acylic cement
Black tubing would stop aglea growth rather then clear.
I don't know what your temperature is but where I live you wouldn't put them in a tub outside until they transitioned to your water and any disease/ parasites were gone

@@ROCKSTAR_NOVA unfortunelty only 1 survived and only for about a month. I only got the first 5 I didn’t want to support them again at the risk of the fishes lives.

Another way I cull fish with severe deformities is by feeding them to my convict cichlids but I only do this when the condition is really severe. this way the fish do not get wasted.
Yep that is a great way if you know the fish are healthy to pass the life on to another
