I-90 (Eastbound) from Seattle to Issaquah filmed at 14:30 just before the beginning of the afternoon peak. The video begins on I-5 (Southbound) just north of I-90. The first 18 km (11 miles) of I-90 (Eastbound) is equipped with Active Traffic Management, with gantries spaced usually every 800 m. However there are no gantries on the floating bridge across Lake Washington.

An early-morning drive on I-5 Northbound from Tukwila (SR 518 Junction) to Seattle (I-90 Junction). I-90 Express Lanes (eastbound) from Seattle to Bellevue (11.99 km). The express lanes are reversible and switch directions on a time-of-day schedule. Exceptions are made during special events. What happened to the Interstate 90 Express Lane?
They converting it into a new metro rail line, so now the express lanes will be just a regular HOV lane that is the farthest left lane on the highway.
Looking to move to Issaquah but have never been to Washington, videos like this help a ton. Thank you!

Just thought the same thing, brings back great memories from my year studying at UW. I Remember landing at Seatac after a long flight from Sweden having no idea what to expect whatsoever, then going over that hill and BAM there it was.....Seattle!
