The rollers are not secured on the frame This is the same as the Bradman ones on our rental property Very shoddy as I have to secure the on the frame with self tapers I

Shit I never installed the head flashing the hard head one will it mater ?
Hi Saif, flashing should be installed in accordance with the NCC as recommended to prevent water ingress. You might like to engage a qualified builder to discuss further.
Hi, my hinge doesnt have a pivot screw just the plain foot peice. I have a similar problem of the lead door sagging and hitting the frame, any tips?

How do you get the the sides of the window water tight ?
Hi Amro, please refer to the industry standards for window installation in the link below. There's a section on Flashing which advises how to prevent water penetration: www.agwa.com.au/AGWA/MembersPortal/Documents/MiniPages/Guide-Installation.aspx
What did you do with the black stuff?
The black flashing has gone on the window sill (bottom of the window), facing the exterior when the window is turned back around. The flashing would then go into the wall and the builder would clad over that.

The halo leg is 50mm wide.
