Hands OFF the iPlay 50! Don’t buy it! I've been a big fan of Alldocube’s Android tablets, but unfortunately the iPlay 50 is a piece of crap, due to its display, which has a horrible greenish tint and a blurry appearance. We have 6 pieces and all six units show the exact same problem. We have a couple of iPlay 20 and kPad units for comparison, which all have a perfect IPS display with natural colors and full, native sharpness, with no artifacts. We are pretty sure that it is a software issue (wrong CLUT settings and some sort or artificial sharpening, perhaps due to wrong resolution settings/scaling) and have tried to make Alldocube acknowledge and work on the issue for almost a year, but despite several firmware updates, the issue has not been addressed. Alldocube’s Tech Support and engineers have shown ZERO interest in the problem, stopped responding and refuse to take the units back.
