No, unfortunately. You might find something if you check around on Open Cheat Tables: opencheattables.com/viewtopic.php?t=348. For anything that was developed for the base game in offline mode, there might be an 'instant development' cheat you can use. But for anything that comes through FOB blueprints, it's going to need to develop on the same timer as the server, which can be a very long wait. Honestly, you'll demolish the entire game with the regular vanilla upgrades; all the higher blueprint levels, (gold) are more for PVP grinders.

Try using the 2021 table, (MGSV TPP 1.10.0) It's old and the other functions don't work, but soldier editing still does. I just re-tested this part of the table a couple of weeks ago.

@@MC-th5by Dude, you don't need to check that box just stick to what I showed in the video. It's Edit Current Selected Staff Member - Header (Stats) - and Status. Those are the only three you need. I just did this right now and it worked fine. Game version 1.15, cheat table MGSVTPP 1.10.0.

Cheat Engine is a tool that YOU decide what to use with. The first step is always the same: choosing an executable file for the game you want tweak. (ex: MGSV.exe). It doesn't run on its own, it doesn't think on its own, and typically, people much smarter than me are the ones making the Cheat Tables. I know enough on my own to find simple values, (like money, talent points or elements in games with specific number values) but it will only 'mess with' the game you're pointing it to. The only trouble I've ever had with Cheat Engine is entirely self-inflicted, and usually it creates a game crash, not broken saves. On the occasions I have broken my saves, I had backups, but that was really rare. MGSV is one of the trickier titles though because of the online component, so I do recommend making a good save backup before using a cheat table on this particular game. That said, I booted up the game again for the first time in 4 years last week and used my original cheat table and still could edit soldiers and replenish my entire base in under 10 minutes, including over 200 female S++ soldiers for my defense team. It would've been even faster, but I needed a few minutes to review my own video to make sure I got the steps right! :D I've used Cheat Table for years, but if you feel squeamish, there's always WeMod; it may not always have the options you're looking for but they usually have all the basics covered reliably. I use that for most games for simplicity sake, but for MGSV, I haven't found anything as good as Soldier Editing component of those early cheat tables, and they still work even on the current game version.

Yeah, I'm a diehard romantic, and having Venom Snake (in his custom look like in the video, not his Big Boss plastic surgery you use for most of the game), side by side with Quiet in her full fatigues just works for me when I want to think of them as a couple. They're a team, and as much as I like to ogle, the pragmatist and role player in me wouldn't equip her for a field mission in lingerie.

Sorry, I don't have any tips for PS4. The reason I play on PC is because it's easier to cheat on. For the consoles, you just don't have access to make these kinds of changes.

If you've hit a cap and need to open up a new FOB, that could be a reason. Also, if you gave yourself A+ soldiers, you might want to switch them up to S+; they might show as A++ in your menus, but they'll have stats that can go up when you add in the medals and morale like I show in the video.

@@zaingaming3915 It only works for upgrades that are not online or otherwise highlighted in orange. Also once you turn on instant upgrades you should not turn it off otherwise your game will crash. Just turn it on while in the ACC or the game, start developing, exit developing menu and the upgrade will instantly be completed.

Stats and rank work on a spread. If you use the table to acquire soldiers like I show in the video, the come in at S+, and giving them 15 morale, medals, all their stats should boost to S++ and their rank will reflect that. An "S++" soldier is usually an S+ soldier with the ability to raise every stat to S++, which changes their rank to S++. As for the level of the entire unit, that should go up based on how high the ranks are of the soldiers and your overall count of soldiers, which can change depending on the size of your base and your amount of FOB's. More soldiers of higher rank = bigger overall unit rank. It also means more invasions because online players can see you have a lot of resources and soldiers to steal.

Not sure if I can help without knowing more. Make sure you work in the right order: Launch Game, Launch the Table, then open your menus in game. That should allow the table to populate with values. Also, make sure you're using a table that has the Reward Editor built into it. If you can see the option in your table, then just follow the other steps. I haven't played the game in years or used the tables, so you may need one of the newer ones from Fearless Cheat Engine. But try what I said first and if it doesn't work, look for a new table.

Try updating their medals earned and boost their morale. Give them every medal, full morale, and set the base stats to S++. They'll likely show S+, then with the medals and morale, be S++.

Usually "??" are there for two reasons. When you first see them, it's typically because the Cheat Table hasn't found the value yet before a scan; on a lot of my videos using that cheat table and MGSV, you have to start the game, open the table, find the screen in the game with the element you want to change, then 'refresh' that menu screen in game so that the cheat table can find the value and give you numbers. The second reason they might appear is similar to the first, but usually happens after the game updates to a new version and the address that the Cheat Table code was looking for has now moved, and since it can't find the new location, it shows ?? instead. I can safely say some value may not change for years, (I used the same old table for updating soldiers practically since the game came out), but values like Health, Stealth, and very common gameplay elements would change every update. So some parts of a table might 'break', but others might work fine. For me, all I cared about was having infinite soldiers, so I didn't care if other parts broke as long as the functions I needed worked. Best advice: 1) Open the game, 2) open the cheat table, 3) go to the Rewards screen, 4) alt-tab out to the cheat table and open that section, 5) alt-tab back into the game and go out of and back into that Rewards menu screen a few times, 6) alt-tab back to the cheat table and see if the values have populated. If you haven't done any updates to the game, (patching), then check to make sure you giving the scan a chance to find the values they're looking for. If this was working before but not today, that might be your only problem and an easy fix. If you patched though, run through the same steps and see if it populates. If it doesn't, it might have been patched out.

@@ZakEmber So far, waiting for it to do a scan seemed to do the trick, chief. Honestly wouldn't have guessed that's what I needed to do, you're honest to god MVP for responding. Just doing a yearly replay through all the MGS games, and for Phantom Pain I planned on getting the last few online items I wanted before running a fresh save and blasting through the story with the online gear. @@ZakEmber Also, real quick do you know if the MB editor in the engine still works? Can't seem to get mine to change even when accepting them as a reward, and I wondered if it just takes time to adjust or there's one step I might be missing.

No, that MB coin function hasn't worked in years; that was one of the first things they patched out once the Devs at Konami realized that locally saved data for MB coins could be manipulated by players. They changed those values to be tied only to their servers... kind of like MMO's. Seriously though, my advice is to not get too greedy; since you can have all the best soldiers, (and even make all of them into hot women in bikinis to 'man' your base) really, you don't really need MB coins to have more FOB's. "Mo money, mo problems" after all. I've NEVER liked the online set up for FOB's and resource management in this game, and part of how I became much happier with the game overall was having a system to replace it all if it was stolen or tampered with, and ignoring everything else. Aside from doing the NPC base raids for events so I could get more hot swim wear for my ladies, I could really care less about online play/MB coins, and the rest. And no sweat; I don't really support anything for this game anymore, but when the person asking has a handle that sounds like it came from No Man's Sky and provides relevant details while speaking politely in complete sentences, it's a lot easier to try to help. It's a lot tougher in other cases; this one I was pretty sure I knew.

Good question! You can't fudge MB coins in the Reward Editor, but anything in the offline game that's attainable through solo play can work, so it would be soldiers, resources, equipment, vehicles, etc.

@@ZakEmber yeah im amazed fob is still active in 2023 but it is. I logged back in after a couple of years and had loads of pf points used it for s++ staff to get mines 12 and cameras 3 but i needed a set up to defend them this still works lol.
