I like how every Concierge has his own Zero, an Lobbyboy who is able to act on his own and take over the important position.

Fun fact, the Society of the Crossed Keys is actually a real thing, where concierges can call on one another to provide aid and support, pretty much like what you see in the movie.

Johnnie depp completely lost who he was to find a psycho in the entire film. I think it's his best acting ever. He great actor. Great movie. I watched it many times.

Depp played the Whitey Bulger character way too unrealistic & over the top! The man never acted like this, it's a shame these hollywoke actors do this all the time!

If you look at the real Whitey Bulger, they really didnt need to give Johnny a skull cap. The make up kind of sticks out like a sore thumb. All they had to do was give Johnny contacts and brighten his hair, make him look Celtic. But I think Johnny is incredible in the role. By that I mean he is incredibly terrifying

Depp doesn't get enough credit for what us known as method acting. His transformation into these deep & dark recessive characters imitates his unique acting ability. His portrayal of Bulger was actually rather frightening & at times i was so engrossed into his performance that i forgot it was Jonny Depp. Im not sure if this film was a success? However, it will only augment Depp's profile when its time to look back on hos career & celebrate it. Ive not seen many bad films with Depp in them.
