SULADS is a Manobo word for brother or sister, an Acronym for Socio-Economic Uplift, Literacy, Anthropological and Developmental Services.
The name SULADS depicts that it exists for the Lumads, people dwelling on remote mountains and islands deprived from any comfort and privileges. The love for the Lumads and the great aim to share to the unreached people about Jesus' love motivates the Adventist young people to join this work through it means sacrifice and risking their lives.

Just came across your channel, I'm an Adventist, and grateful for what you do,may God richly bless your ministry, it's very inspiring 🙏I can relate to the difficulty of hiking the terrains of remote villages being once been a public school teacher assigned in one of the Remote towns of Abra in the cordilleras which I left over 3 decades ago, traded for a greener pasture overseas ,but looking back those were the best times of my life😊wish I can be young again & maybe join sulads mission work🙏
