Looks good, the hallway seems a little wide. Not sure about some of the electrical outlets, wiring horizontal and rollercoaster from switch to powerpoint. your advice on managing money is priceless...not only in the philippines but here in the states as well. i can think of a couple times in the past where i had what i would consider large amounts of money and as you mentioned there is a natural tendency to be generous and spend much more than you normally could afford when things were normal. i personally had to reel myself in when i felt things slipping away far to fast.. thank god i did. i got a long way to go i hope!
