The dude with the mask looks ridiculous, but the band gets 85% of the way to Maynard’s on the chart. Needs a little more fire, which I don’t know that the masked dude can get from them. Also soloists should come to the front mic.

I taught HS band for 41 years and went to a lot of Jazz festivals with the jazz ensemble...this is without question in my mind the best HS Jazz Ensemble I have ever heard. WOW!
