i got him in my first 10 pull on the banner then it took 69 pulls for his sword, the got the 5* guns from the standard banner at 35 pity. got the 5* normal sword for rover at 72 pity then i used my 45 box for the 5* rectifier. i also have calcharo (RC0) and verina (RC1) now the only weapon type im missing is the fist one, i do want the broadblade for calcharo tho

the backflip challenge at 2:20, i was literally at it for 2 irl days and i kept falling off then i discovered it doesnt disqualify you when you use you glider mid air to land on the boxes so it became alot easier lol

Scar's other form is almost certainly meant to be a ram, as in a male black sheep, like the Qichi village story. Very something that Encore has similar horn designs during her ult and little sheep puppets. In regard to Jinhsi and Jue, we still don't know a lot, but I have some doubts about Jue being the only sentinel, since it's very involved with Jinzhou, but Jinzhou is only a border city. The capital is mentioned several times, so I feel like there might be another Sentinel there. Also, just a note, but the Magistrate is somewhat separate from the sentinel. We're told that there were multiple magistrates who were not appointed by Jue. They were presumably chosen by other means. It seems to be a general political office.

I'm not sure whether to call your understanding of the story good or bad... Unlike genshin, there's no elemental system, so I don't think using male characters can impede your exploration (or main story, at the moment), especially since you have a gun character. So probably the interesting part would be the combat challenges, like the holograms, the tower, illusive door place, etc.

I guess it doesn't matter this early in the game, but it'll be rough for the last part of Tower of Adversity, since it needs three teams. And also all the healers are female (all two of them). You can get Lingyang from the standard banner selector, but are you going for Jiyan?
