Thank you
My mom’s family is French Canadian. Her sister was born with a fatal heart defect in the early 1940’s. She died at age 12. My niece had to have heart surgery as an infant. She has other mysterious health issues health professionals can’t seem to figure out. Four the past four generations, women in our family have had genetic urinary malocclusion. Some of us have had genetic testing but we don’t have any conclusive answers for what is going on. Like most French Canadians, marriage to another French Canadian Catholic was very important in previous generations. I hope over time genetic defects in French Canadians can be identified and treated. It’s so heart breaking to have young family members that are dealing with such serious health issues (myself included). I would love to get some answers.
It’s so so common to lose LBB capture with deeper septal penetration When you do more you’ll understand this
Excellently presented and very informative! Thanks for sharing and the best of luck!
What’s da big deal ?
Very helpful information,I’m pleased he mentioned the stress associated with SVT,I wasn’t diagnosed for many years and thought I was a bit crazy,I was having so many attacks and just waited it out, some went on for a few hours, very exhausting and scary. Finally had one at the hospital, they took notice then and did the relevant tests. Reassuring to know it wasn’t all in my head and caused by menopause!!
I am recommended by the doctor to get a pacemaker. I have a third degree heart block. Should I have a left bundled or should I go for the traditional pacemaker ? Can’t decide between the two.
I have an ICD due to a problem with a viral infection many years ago. My new car has keyless entry and ignition, on reading the Owner’s Manual almost the first sentence is if you have an ICD do not use this car. However, my Cardiac Electrophysiologist / Cardiologist advised me to keep at least 35 cm away from the sensor/transmitters (doors & centre console). So far no problem.
It’s called “Lai tai” (ไหลตาย) in Thailand

Thank you for recording these 2 sessions and making them available to prospective LBB pacing centres
Ideally where should the hub be pointing for proper septal placement? The video looks like it’s pointing at the 9 o’clock position which makes no sense since that would orient the tip of the catheter towards the patients feet while in the RV.
Thanks so much for publishing this for the world EP community to see!
thanks a lot. It was excellent.
No one in Thailand knowing about Bangugot though
Wow! Thank you so much
Great Work Dr Sadek ! I was looking for ICE ressources to guide TSP and LAAC and this is clearly the most comprehensive videos that I've seen.
Fantastic presentation. Thank you for your insights And expertise.
