Only works if it's a little too big also. Doing this both narrows the armhole and takes in the fabric around the chest and mid-back. So, if you're big-bisted, it may cause the bust to be too tight. However, it's probably about the only solution to the too big arnhole problem, even if it's not a perfect solution. Best solution is to design a shirt with properly sized arm-holes in the first place. But, too late at this point.
It was a store bought blouse this will work for small bust women.
You can also sew a similar piece of fabric inside the armhole without making it tight. Sew it like an upside down triangle.

That doesn't help the sides of the skirt. The sides will be too loose.
This will work if you only have to take in 1-2 inches bigger than that is a difference alterations method.
Is that bobbin for a specific machine brand?
I think so this is a vintage Babylock machine when you buy a sewing machine it comes with a bobbin.
What if it’s not picking up the bobbin thread? :(
In that case you will have to take it for a professional.
