Cool Dad! He got the story right away. Only thing I'd add is that this was written after she'd spent some time being famous, it was all new, the got trolled online (if they knew what they said would go straight to my head...) and all the pressures that came with "making it" ("cause everybody wants something from me now and I don't wanna let them down). She was so young, and she had blown up all over the world. The pressure must have been enormous. And all this was happening while she struggled with her significant mental health issues. Anyway, enjoyed your reaction. Thanks :)

My daughter introduced me to this band and I was instantly blown away, they quickly became my favorite newly discovered band (Along with Of Monsters and Men, Leon Bridges, Marc Broussard, and The Marcus King Band). I was DEVASTATED when this band fell apart, but I actually got to see them perform live in Virginia Beach and, yes, they were very tight. Brittany Howard was AMAZING!!! I am so,so glad I got to see this band b4 they disbanded. I keep hoping they will get back together. Great reaction guys, TY.

David Gilmour and Seal collaborating together would definitely tilt your head but the outcome is incredible. If there was a cocktail that could describe the sound overall: it would be like a rye and ginger. You get the crispy ginger ale from David’s playing and the silky smooth whiskey from Seal’s voice.
