Cool bike- strange though in New Zealand we would call this a rebuild as restoration means bringing back to how left the factory,even the paint has to be exactly the same shade,chrome where was chrome,correct decals in right position etc.etc,however this is a credit to you.

Nice job. But I would have gone with silver on black on the engine because there are now to many colors on it. Nevertheless, I would be proud to own/ride this jewel :) Keep up the good work!

Beautiful job is the 86 c90 still a 6 volt unit
square headlight models are 12v fairly sure a 86 is square headlight I own a 81 6v

I`ve seen a new exhaust for a Honda C cub 90 on eBay for only thirty quid plus ten quid postage, But I would certainly pay more for a stainless steel or alloy one
