    First example - its better because of the thumbnails. They are graphics, not plain color

      See change 4 in the video 33:02 . Here I cover the image variants thumbnails you are referring to. We do evolutionary testing using custom algorithms. All of these 4 changes have their own data, this is not an A/B test of the old website vs the new one. So the first change is moving the TPR above media gallery, not the thumbnail test. The thumbnail test was a seperate test inside our evolutionary experiment mentioned at change 4 in the video. I will make videos in the future explaining more about how evolutionary testing works - it's really f****ng cool!

    This is great, the issue is that this only works for "problem solving" products. Was wondering how I can implement this for visual products like shirts, toys, gadgets, home decor etc

      just have good pictures and answer questions. these products need a lot of testing different ones to work but their relatively easy to sell tho once they work

      Yes, these are merely suggestions for sections to test which will have a very high probability of having a big CR increase. For those which do not have the traffic to run proper tests, they should implement these because the odds of them working well are bigger than the odds of them not working. But for everyone with the traffic and know-how to test, everything in my videos are only suggestions and psychology breakdowns of worthwile tests to run on your own (or clients') store 📈

      Hi, appreciate it! I have learnt this over the course of the last 5 years helping 30+ e-commerce stores in Scandinavia scale more profitably, have also built and scaled 3 e-com stores my self. I started learning through youtube videos, trying to find people who don't just share generic knowledge but actually share specific insights. Also read a lot of books on sales and behavioral psychology to understand why humans buy, and what things make a person not want to complete a purchase. Lastly - yes I am in e-com. I currently own 1 Scandinavian brand, besides helping brands through my CRO agency. Not dropshipping though.

    this is the same principles that hormozi uses in his CLOSER framework for salespeople to pitch, but instead of having a salesperson we're having the website/quiz funnels etc doing the "sales" part I see this helping with the CLOS part (especially a quiz funnel) - clarify why they're there (can filter which audience they are) - label them with a problem (by asking questions and getting them to "open their wound") - overview with their past pain (can ask if they've tried something else that didn't work) - sell the vacation (recommend a product that can help fix) then the social proof n testimonial section will help with E - explain away their concerns and finally checkout/thank you page can do the R - reinforce their decision that they've made a perfect purchase great value

      Have worked with a couple fashion stores. Essentials are definitely the following points: - Make it easy to see and understand the fit of the product. - Make catalog exploration easy. Think of your store as a physical clothing store, just online. All the same things are important. The visitor must be able to effortlessly "shop around" and look at different products easily to increase their chances of finding a product they really like. Skims.com does a good job of this exploration. - Provide lots of images of each product, preferably on different models in different environments and from different angles. This removes the most uncertainty about the fit and how the clothing looks. Bonus: Have a section on you prod. pages & home page or even an entire page dedicated to "shop the look".

      The principle works, if applied correctly, for stores in all stages. But I would recommend not focusing too much on it for a brand new store. Focus on the fundamentals to get your store generating consistent revenue (profitably) , after that you can start scaling and optimizing. Implementing the consistency principle has the biggest impact for mid sized and larger e-commerce stores because it's most effective when combined with an existing ads-> website -> email funnel.
