Hi Dylan . I just came across this video and You are so right about Juno Beach. I live in Virginia and I headed down to Juno Beach in June of 2021 and all I can say is WOW . I had never been to Juno Beach but after spending a week there I will never be the same. It is sooo relaxing and laid back. I needed a place like that to unwind and Juno Beach really did it for me. I could only wish to live there one day. I am planning on retirement in the next 24 months and although I plan to move to Florida I doubt I will be able to afford Juno Beach. However I will move close enough to be able to get there in under an hour. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JUNO BEACH

what are the 3 hottest place you didn't mention it
Frenchmanâs Reserve, Mirasol, Azure
I been a resident here in VOT for over 20 years, This is truly the best area of the county. Low crime, great schools, close to the coast. The taxes here are higher because if you live within the village you pay village tax which to me is well worth it. However many areas of Tequesta are unincorporated which needs to change, Annex them in!

I lived in Tequesta in section 8 housing off county line rdâŠ.the police have nothing to do than screw with the kids and if thereâs âloud musicâ on a plot of land that someone owns. Other than that the beach is closer than you can imagine and itâs nice. But fuck Tequesta PD lol.

Great video. Jupiter/Tequesta/Hobe Sound is one area Iâm considering for my move back to the states next year. I formerly lived on the water in Boca Raton (2009-2016) and it was a great area except a bit too formal for my taste.
