Shit like this is why Dean bothers me. He treats his brother like his kid or possession and never like an equal, always refusing to see a different perspective. On top of that, he blames Sam for shit like Lucifer getting free when EVEN HE WANTED TO DO IT. The Angels and Demons were working together to deceive them both but only Sam gets the blame because he's the younger brother and he got manipulated the most. Even when Sam was a danger, Dean NEVER put Sam down, even when soulless Sam admitted to killing innocent people in the line of duty.

See, I did love Jody, but I can't help thinking, I wish they'd kept Ellen alive and let her perform the 'mum' function, she has a very similar personality and storyline to Jody in terms of losing her husband and child and I just think so many great female characters get killed off in this show, why couldn't they have kept Ellen alive if they're going to invent essentially a similar character to replace her and fulfill that mother role? I understand Jo had to die, because it was the whole tragic thing of Dean overlooked her and only really noticed her when it was too late and I think her death was well placed and well done, but Ellen dying too felt like overkill and convenient because they wanted to end the show with a nice 5 series arc at that point. I think it would have been awsome and even more tragic if Ellen wanted to stay with Jo and die too, but Dean and Sam, at Jo's request, dragged her out kicking and screaming because 'no one else needs to die today' and then maybe she blames them for the death of her daughter and the whole history with John and her husband, so she could have been angry with them and absent for most of series 6 but then come back when Bobby died to help them cope with his death and then had Jody's storyline and gradually started being a mum to them in a way she wasn't as much before because she had Jo and they had Bobby. They could still have had Donna and Jody in the show even maybe, but kept Ellen

I would like to believe that her and the siblings is just the higher up of the Reapers. The one who pays close attention to the fate and giving the Reaper all of those list of names to take. Since Death teaching Dean about fate and not to mess with em on previous episode. But the writters are clearly don't care and just wanna make this episode as a filler, because Cas firing her doesn't make any sense since he is not her boss. She is working strickly, doesn't like funny bussiness and just wanna do her job. Sounds like one of Death top employee

Rufus survives probably so many demons attack, survives one of the horsemen attacks, and probably many many monsters. This show has a lot of weak parts, but one of the worst one is they just don't know to send someone off. We literally lost 3 pretty damn memorable characters in this episode, and it was against a catepillar. The first two is probably okay even tho still, y'all basically intruducing them for nothing. But Rufus can't even dodge a blatant knife attack? That is so stupid

The leviathans got way to much hate back in the day but I honestly loved the storyline, the alphas ended way too soon.

And then in the next scene they're actually rewriting the language in negotiating it's freaking hilarious

Death was extremely well played by Julian Richings. Although he was about 57 during the filming of this scene, he looked far older and can believably be described as old and frail. He's not even the tallest member of the cast in this scene, especially next to that giant hulking man like Jared, and yet he completely and utterly dominates the entire room. It is believable that Death is not only the most powerful being in the room at that moment, but one of the most powerful in the universe.
