Ford F150 Rear Bilstein Shocks Install
Since I installed Rough Country front struts, I wanted to make the rear perform better, I opted for the bilstein B6-4600 rear shocks.
After install, overall the vehicle performs better over rough terrain.

It's in my video the illusive 36mm axle nut for my 2023 F-150 Lariat. I did get it from the dealer and while there I couldn't help but salivate on those nice trucks. Thanks for watching.

Once again I bring to you an M1 strut install from Rough Country. And I wasn't paid or recieved any monies discounts or gratuities. During the install there are always those OPPS! Moments but they just make the job more interesting. I took my time and planned it accordingly. The final result was 100% on the money. That is the feel good moment. I wish you the same results in your projects, and a...
Ford F 150 Tailgate Step Video

This short video illustrates do's and don'ts on how to best install your tail gate step should you go the same route as I did. There are quite a few tailgate steps for your truck out in the market. Check out which works best for you, your truck and your budget. This particular tailgate step was purchased from Limitless Chassis Australia. I did not receive any kind of compensation for the making...

    I love your truck. Nice color. I bought a used 2019 fi50 and it came with the step. I'm like you in my 60's and any jump off the bed of the truck would be a trip to the ER. lol

    Nice mod, Will. One of the things I love about my Sierra is the multipro tailgate with the built in step. Makes getting in and out of the bed so simple. Liked and subbed, best of luck with the channel ✅

    First time I've seen this 36mm nut, everyone else has been showing the 15mm I think it is. Do you know when this 36mm nut came into play? I didn't plan on ripping my tire off until my struts show up but I have a '22 and saw on '21 it was still the 15mm.

      I was surpised as well, thought I was going to replace an apparently common 15mm axle nut then it turned out to be a 36mm nut which my local ford did not have in stock untill a day later. When and why it changed your guess is as good as mine. Thanks!

    • @willeb522
      @willeb522 Před 14 dny

      Thanks for asking. There is no part number as it's a universal step you can install on any truck tailgate. The step itself is Goin to run you approximately $850 shopping included. Hope this answers your concern. Thanks!

    Awesome video, I myself have problems getting up and down of my truck bed due to age and a military leg issue. This will truly make my life so much easier when working in and out of the truck bed.I especially like the extra space with the step acting as a secondary tail gate expansion. Thank you for your time and awesome presentation.

      I'm with you on that. That would have been an add on or perhaps a higher trim level. But honestly this step is freaking strong and wide mind you now I'm 66. So practical. Thanks for viewing.

      They soon will be, ford is bringing a lot of options to the table that are now standard!! 12” infotainment screen, all digital dash cluster is just the beginning. Next year there will be more. Possibly push to start, power back window, who knows? They are looking at ways to increase MSRP and justifying it by making things standard. Problem is people don’t like the price tag involved. STX now its own trim and a 50K truck.

I think I was in the ball park around 850. just the other day i transported a double side PVC pool step it came right up to the end of the tail gate. No problem just lifted up the back of the step and I had an instant tailgate door didn't even have to secure the load. Eventually it pays for itself.

My 2023 Lariat also doesn't have the built in step & it really bums me out cause I'm also up there in age, about 2 or 3 years behind you. I don't know if I'll go this route but I definitely need some kind of helper bed step. Keep it up bro...God bless.
