I set it up the night before for my little sister so I didn't charge and my siblings helped it took us 8 hrs we took our good old time so im sorry I don't have better answers 😔
How many garlands or rows did you add around the base of the dress? I find myself short on them and it's causing my dress to bunch up when I connect with rubber bands. It then loses its shape and looks like a blob

From hip to hip I used 10- 4" Balloons. It does bunch up I found myself pulling it down to straighten it out.
