    好像這家公司是一家典型的大公司。員工只需要聴従老閣的的命令、並履行自己的職務。這位努力適応公司政策的女士、是一位堅強的青年。

      大公司确实存在这样的问题，而新入职的员工在试用期努力适应生存环境会成为首选，站稳脚跟之后才有机会发挥自己的才能。我们做这样的内容考虑了很久，因为从数据分析上来看，在我们频道学习的人群中有很多年轻人，他们大多是没有大学毕业或者刚毕业的年纪。我们不想给他们灌输一些有毒的心灵鸡汤，简单地告诉他们要多努力多勤奋多搞好同事关系等等，然后等他们工作的时候被现实当头痛击。尽管我们的定位是汉语学习，但我们仍然希望通过我们的频道能给这些没有社会经验的年轻人提供一些真实信息，让他们了解真实职场是什么样的。希望他们能提前做好心理准备。
