Hi. Ive just setup correctly my NZ GPS. The RED light is ON and the BLUE light is FLASHIN. Is this just tryin to aquire satalites...an will it go BLUE light ON constant once its found em all? I had it setup many years ago, so been a long time since had anythin to do with it, but ended up in the 'bits box'! Untill now that is...cuz its now on Inav 2.5.0 as a rover... thatll have a hd fpv unit fitted.

The landing - Putting a large side load on the 1050 gear will end in it eventuallty collapsing, - its a weakness most people are aware of.
Thank you for the comment. I did not think about it at that time, but you are right. It is a know weakness. I will keep an eye on the speed before taxiing out next time.

Hallo Leute, denkt doch bitte daran, dass Seitenruder beim Transport mit der Bahn zu sichern. Es wäre eine Schande, wenn die Beschläge dadurch Schaden nehmen und noch schlimmer, wenn es dadurch zu einem Bruch käme. Zum Film selbst noch die Anmerkung, dass es natürlich auch schön gewesen wäre, den Start im Video zu sehen und nicht nur als Fotoshow.

Hey, which version of INAV were you using on the board at the time this worked... Because for me, it detects GPS but has no 3D fix in software but blue LED blinks on module and simply show in red instead of blue in the top right sensors part... This same NZ-Mini module works perfectly in cleanflight till 1.13 and below... So far, it didn't work on INAV 1.7.3 (Final for Naze32), 1.6 as well as 1.5...

Ray Erik Rabe it does work! But GPS is of so bad quality that it takes about 10 minutes to get 5 sat. So bought an other one.

Does this little GPS need to be mounted in a special direction like the big M8N-GPS ? I think not but because it has no compass, not sure?
Helipaddy you are right. As there is no compass, no orientation influence

I flew a Grunau Baby II when I was 17, in 1969. The one in the video looks like a Baby I, the II has aerodynamic brakes and a wheel at the end of the skid. Congratulations, the glider is in a beatiful condition!

No. I don't use frsky telemetry.

why is yours so bumpy?
don't know yet, I will try to adjust PI gains via pots on my transmitter. I have set the same gain as you but somehow it's behaving slightly different
hmmm ... strange ! ... On the other hand: you have iNav to auto launch :) ... thats ahead of me :D
Also I had so far a Naze32 Rev6 so far. I have received now my AIO Omnibus F3. Will see if it changes. An other question about alt hold, does it work well by you? I have it leveled but when I watch my OSD it changes its altitude a bit. Somehow I think iNav does not consider barometer influence :/

My flying weight is 212 lbs but it's so easy to fly, I could fly it at 300 lbs with no problems. It doesn't seem like my weight slows this plane down one bit. (smile)

Well do the same test and tape the Rx on a pole, or on some height, you'll get a much better range
C'est une ligne basse tension et une ligne téléphonique, donc pas de problème de perturbation de signal. Et le fait qu'elles soient de chaque côté du chemin, je sais exactement en l'air où elles se trouvent. Donc ça le fait! Sinon je ne volerais pas dans cette zone ;)

Désolé Marc, fausse manipulation. Les skis ne sont pas compliqués à faire. Par contre la transformation du train était plus longue. Il est un peu plus lourd mtn, mais il a une meilleure gueule je trouve
