Norris was always gonna get found out for good or bad when he became the No 1 driver. He had no pressure when Sainz and Ricciardo were his team mates. Now he is in the shoes of Sainz and Ricciardo and feeling the pressure.

Having drivers like Pastri and Norris in the same team, there will always be tension. Both are more than capable of winning a championships and they both want to win they have proven that this year. Tension will always be there, it has happen in the past and it will happen again. It comes down to how it is managed, McLaren's record in that department has been good.
