You're getting roasted for this review but in my opinion... it's a legit one. You for sure aren't the only person who just wants to open the box and use the equipment right away so for those people, this review is perfect for them. If it saves those people the hassle of purchasing the pocket 3 and then taking it on a trip and it being too complicated for them to use, then your review has done it's job.
Thanks for your comment :) Yes it's strange I get so much heat for saying this but hey-ho, I am sticking by what I said. Cheers!
My issue with the Action 4 is the soft focus at the edges of the frame. I've tried every setting on the camera but to no avail. Is anyone having the same trouble?
This was the most concise discussion of the Alibus that I found. Very well done and I know how to use the bus upon my arrival. THANK YOU!
No problem. Enjoy your visit to the city
What a delightful journey through the Edinburgh Meadows! 🚴♂ Scotland truly comes alive when explored on two wheels, doesn't it? Your adventure has me itching to hop on my bike and pedal through those picturesque paths too. Keep sharing your cycling escapades - they're like a breath of fresh Scottish air! 🌿😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Beautiful countryside.
Wow, stumbling upon a spooky Scottish castle hidden in the forest sounds like something straight out of a fairy tale! Your adventure must have been filled with mystery and wonder. Thanks for taking us along on your journey and sharing this intriguing discovery! 🏰🌲✨
Useful thanks
Happy to help
Sublime
I’d hate to be the council man sweeping up the dung behind that.
Wow fantastic 😍
Thanks, Man 👍
use your phone
Yep, I do use it a lot
02:50 That’s Nuala with the Hula😁 Did you not get to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum? Just a few stops by train Bangor bound. Large specialist railway museum there. And the Ulster Aviation Society near Lisburn is certainly worth a look 😊
Naaa didnt have time for those but we did nip across to Ireland to visit the Donegal railway guys. And of course see the Gane of Thrones filming locations 👍🏼
@@TravellingTourist The Donegal fellas are a good bunch of lads. Did you get to see their auld tin trains three track (Dublo Mecanno etc?). The Game of Thrones tour takes in some of the best places in Ulster and if you follow the GoT Doors trail you eat and drink well too 👍🏼 You’ve also the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland at Whitehead and live steam in Downpatrick. These railway interests and the Ulster Aviation Society are all 40 mins drive or train from Belfast😊
If you don't know how to use a gimbal properly, you shouldn't complain if the shots aren't the way you imagined.😂
Well done
As of April 2024, the fare is now 5 euros.
Love the video, very informative
Glad you enjoyed it!
Is this on a GoPro? I just bought my first GoPro, the hero 12 and I’m wondering if you are shooting GoPro. I saw that you moved to a DJI POCKET, but are you still sometimes GoPro?
This is on my GoPro Hero 11 and I think I got the settings a little wrong in places.
@@TravellingTouristlooks good to me! The GoPro gets a bad rap for low light but this looks great. I’d love to know your night / lower light settings. Just got a hero 12 this week and I’m thrilled to start with it. My first GoPro. Going to vlog with it, and document daily life, no action stuff.
Just default settings. Most of this is iphone though (little green light reflection dots gives it away). Enjoy your camera 👍🏼
What camera did you film this on? Great stuff!
Combination of GoPro Hero 11 and iPhone SE
3:30 is your fault. and this can be fixed.
Absolutely stunning! 😍 The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is a masterpiece in itself, and your video captures its architectural brilliance and the essence of modern art perfectly. Thank you for taking us on this virtual tour of such an iconic landmark. Can't wait to explore more of your travels!
Thanks a lot!

@@TravellingTouristhello i have a question..i have bought 2 tickets via renfe app so is it possible tu use e-tickets instead of physical tickets just like you did? So for example i can show my tickets on phone im barrier only qr code and iam free to go? Thanks
Très bien! Nice look around. Was that the place they filmed part of Raiders of the Lost Ark?
I'm not sure... maybe... seemed a little small to be a studio set. That said, it'd have made a great James Bond baddie base!
@@TravellingTourist The French always liked underground bases like James Bond baddies😁 I live on the Maginot Line of fortresses. Mostly subterranean, they are magnificent works of engineering. The larger ones had internal narrow gauge to transport the ammunition for the main guns. I googled and the Indiana Jones scenes were filmed in La Rochelle Submarine Pens as built by the naughty Germans in 1941. I really must go sometime!
@@bugler75 Ah, interesting. This sub is actually in a fortified lock, and also built by the Germans in WW2 (as was the Submarine Base in Saint-Nazaire). BTW, you can't go into the La Rochelle submarine pens - out of bounds to the public. However you can go to this Bunker in the city centre where they have info about it: czcams.com/video/H9EXpNvRO0s/video.html Also, those Sub Pens in La Rochelle were also used for filming some of the shots in the film Das Boot.
The film Raiders of the Lost Ark was shot in La Rochelle just after Das Boot, in the same submarine base. The same submarine was used in both films. The Das Boot series was also filmed (in part) in La Rochelle.
@@ms-lazuli7435 Thank you for the info 😊 Das Boot was a great show too. It’s a long way to Tipperary…….! Ian
I''m no hardcore DJI fanboy, BUT dude, the GoPro is no match for the Pocket 3 in terms of video quality. Also, as others pointed out, a quick change of some settings and you will have better results. And yes, the Pocket 3 may break at some point, but maybe you are overly worried about it and it's hindering your ability to use it and enjoy it. But in the end, it is your money, so only you can make that decision.
Great tour😊 thanks for sharing it. I spent two weeks on RFA Argus in its war role as a hospital ship. That was enough for me to know that the Army was the right decision for me 🤮😂😂😂 The music was perfect here😊 You can’t win, can you😁🤷🏻♂️ Ian
haha thanks! BTW I'll be putting this same video onto my LM channel tomorrow AM... with music
@@TravellingTourist It ll be interesting to see how folk comment!
@@bugler75 I hope positively, because I still have the submarine one to edit and upload off the back of this one too - no rest for the wicked 🤣
@@TravellingTourist I know music is very subjective too! Looking forward to the submarine one. Wicked man!😂
Can you buy a 3 day pass in Naple's airport?
For the buses? No I dont think so. I only saw a ticket machine for the Alibus which seemed to be just for the airport to city centre route. Hope this helps :)
Man, why my handheld marketed for amateurs drill is not drilling.... All of my holes are crocked! I should stick with sledge hammer instead. Thanks for life lesson mate.
having autofocus is something else,,, action can usually dont have that, anyway... its action cam vs vlog cam.. its from 2 differnet dimension in my opinion,, it like compare duck and chicken ixixixix
I stopped using the Goprp because it never worked properly. Spent many hours with tech support and they could never figure it out either. I paid for the subscription service and I could not get the app to work either, again many more hours on with tech support to no avail. The final straw was when i wanted to browse some footage so I turned on the camera and was watching footage for about 5mins or so and the camera overheated and the battery bulged. The camera was cool to start, fresh battery also cool, indoors sitting in a/c being held in my hand.
At present, have both DJI Osmo Action 1 &3. Was thinking about getting #4 but have had no major issues w/earlier models, so decided to Pass. Have taken both Osmo Action's into the ocean, but always encased it, just as extra precaution. Have no issues when used that way also. Like you, am no amateur professional geek. Just wanting my equipment to Run n Gun...Highly Satisfied... Aloha from Hawaii

Thanks for sharing such a beautiful video 😍
So nice of you
Then use waterproof case 🙄
That would be an extra piece of kit I’d have to take which I dont need to with a GoPro 🤷🏻♂️
Most helpful video of all that I’ve seen on how to find and use the bus. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you hahaha, I am considering between this and Insta360 Go 3 although I already have pocket 2 and TBH I am not quite satisfied. Now after watching this, I realize pocket 3 is not worth it hahaha
The design of the Osmo Action 4 USB-C port cover takes into account the strength of the force exerted by different people and the smoothness of the cover's opening and closing, and a release button is included. Osmo Action 4 is waterproof at depths of up to 18 m. Here are use tips for filming underwater without the Waterproof Case: 1. Before installing the battery, check whether there are any foreign objects in the battery and compartment, as foreign objects will affect battery contact and the device’s waterproof performance. 2. Check whether the USB-C port cover is stuck with any foreign objects, and ensure that the Lens Protective Cover has been tightened. 3. Check that the Lens Protective Cover is intact. If it is damaged, please purchase a new one and replace it. Check the Lens Protective Cover and the surrounding areas of the lens for foreign objects, as foreign objects may damage the Lens Protective Cover and lens, and affect the waterproof performance of the camera. Before going into the water, please check whether the Lens Protective Cover is tightened, and make sure that the rubber gasket at the bottom of the lens threaded ring has not fallen off. 4. The camera is not waterproof without the battery compartment cover, USB-C Port Cover, and Lens Protective Cover. 5. When jumping into water with Osmo Action 3 at an excessively fast speed, the camera may be water damaged if it has a momentary excessive impact with the water surface. Please take precautions before diving. 6. Do not use the camera in hot springs or expose it to corrosive liquids. It is not recommended to use Action 3 in harsh water environment or an unknown liquid. 7. Rinse the camera with clean water after using underwater, and completely air dry it before using it again. As for the tilt issue, we recommend that you perform a Horizon Calibration on a horizontal plane. You can use Steady or RockSteady mode. To keep the horizon flat, we recommend using HorizonSteady mode.
Thanks for your comments and help. "As for the tilt issue, we recommend that you perform a Horizon Calibration on a horizontal plane....To keep the horizon flat, we recommend using HorizonSteady mode." Yeah I did all that and it's still left-tilted 😕
@@TravellingTourist I'm truly sorry that the recommended solutions did not resolve the tilt issue, despite your efforts. I completely understand how frustrating this must be for you. At this point, it seems that the problem might require further diagnosis and repair. If you'd be willing to send the product back to us, our team will be more than happy to thoroughly diagnose and address the issue to ensure everything is functioning as it should.
