My plumeria is growing well but the edges of old leaves are getting brown

Whatever you do, DON'T use a vinegar-based fungicide or insecticide. I used it yesterday and it not only killed the fungus, but also the entire leaf. Now all the leaves have wilted and fallen off the tree. Oh well, there's always next season.

The other ways down are either south at Knoll , or North at Glider Port . I lived there attending John Muir UCSD 86-88 . That road used to be much steeper . They improved it to make it safer for vehicle access no doubt . And yes it’s absolutely gorgeous. But the waves are misleading. Always way bigger than it looks . Gnarly wave especially in winter . I was caught inside 20 foot sets many times . Luckily due to submarine canyon water is super clear. So you can lookup from bottom to gauge your escape to surface . Very scary when it gets big

I don't think that this is a variety Santa Rita. The spines are way too long. I think that it is a variety Gosseliniana. I agree that it is an Opuntia Violacea. Aarre Peltomaa
