Such a beautiful and yet dark song. It reminds me of the Cure. Lyrics seemingly, a deep exploration of a personal nadir. OK, yes, I appreciate that the songwriter is born again although I am non-religious. For a singer-songwriter to compose a song that transcends such differences is amazing.

This is amazing! My favourite Band in the WHOLE WORLD. And I have never seen this! My friend and I are actually in it! Were in the front row with the Video Camera at about 32 minutes in, I’m the one with blonde spiky hair, haha. I have listened to, played and loved Music my whole life, and Chosen by the Violets is my favourite Album of ALL TIME. Better than “The Joshua Tree”, and certainly better anything the Grammys are awarding now. God bless you, Michael Pritzl, thank you for writing honest, beautiful songs to the Lord Jesus Christ. I hope to see you in Heaven and sing praise with you to God the Father who will “Shine Like the Sun” (to quote scripture and one of your songs). 2024, in Köln. Schade, habe ich leider verpasst. Habe die Band zuletzt 2018 gesehen. Und es war hammer. Gut zu sehen, dass das revival der Band bis heute anhält.
