Hey all! My name is Abbey and I'm a food scientist by PhD, a science writer, and a CZcamsr.
I like to think about food molecule by molecule instead of what we can see with the naked eye. I started using this approach during my PhD work where I spent six years studying the microstructure of ice cream. I'm fascinated by food science and enjoy writing and sharing what I've learned over the past 10 years in the field.

Bioengineered foods have been on the market since the 90's.
aside from the taste of spice, it doesnt taste that good. there is a separate sauce for this and ill buy the buldak sauce and mix it with Pancit Canton or Mi Goreng 🤣🤣🤣
Interesting... I heard some people just dilute it or eat it with some yogurt to make it less spicy!
I remember eating the world's spiciest noodles for breakfast because I love the flavor so much. However, I ate it too often with things that you shouldn't mix. Such as coffee and !buprofen. I gave myself bleeding stomach ulcers that made me burp all the time and took months to heal. 😭

I'm concerned about what happened to the food that was on shelves and in warehouses. If I got some overly spicy food, I'd dilute it down with other unseasoned products or broth until it is normal.
I 100% agree... Food authority told people to toss out any products they already had at home!! If I had to guess, any product in the store was also destroyed
Heard they dont like the color of cheese too and add anito for selling its not really yellow guys its to get you to buy it 😮 and is linked to migraines. But better than making it yourself lol.

It might simply be related to the Mallard reaction induced yellowish color. I don’t think encapsulation techniques were involved in this color shifting 😂

i am able to get a gallon of raw milk in my area online, it's a lengthy process , and it costs, for instance a gallon of store bought milk is like $4 ish, and i pay $11 for a raw milk gallon, plus shipping fees, but is the real thing, it's yellow, lots of fat, grass fed. and if you really want to be safe you can always low temp pasteurize it .
