Hi Leesa, i take 4000 Ud of vitamine D all mornings its the stronguer that i can get, and comes In 60 capsules só last me 2 month it comes from Spain .. people with mental sicness need it a lot In fact i see a documentary about a doctor In the USA that cures patients ONLY with vitamine complex B6, B12 ,D ,C etc i try to make that 5yrs ago but i get to the conclusion that i diidnt have the money to try to cure my self.... As you know modern doctors say that squizofrenia and bipolar or even autism dont have a cure... but In the 50s that doctor cures most of the patients ONLY with vitamines complex. Squizofrenia , bipolar and autism... God bless you Lessa, thanks for another great video. I almost forget to say that i try all 5 antidepressers In the market and i just cant take them...i use vitamine D as an antidepressers ... And for me it works ... Im (0-) type of blood i can give blood to all but i can ONLY receive same type or i die ... Só i know that my type is a potencial to be diabetic like my grandmother and father ... Tipe A .. se also have problems with th view .. i cant drink milk and some pills with lactose.. Im super alérgic to many things....
