@@sinxyt6263 @ildottore7032 after the Ohio train crash in the late 1800s happened due to a pocket watch that stopped for 4 minutes and that time difference caused a massive train wreck and all rail road watches to change. You can hear about the train crash in my most recent long form video. It’s still a short story but shows you what happened.

Well you will be pretty close to the iPad no? This is a pretty advanced set up for an iPad. I would try just the internal mic and see how that goes. It’s likely good enough. If not I would get a Rode video mic GO ii and a small little tripod to sit the mic on. Then you’d need a lightning to 3.5mm mic jack. But the internal mic will likely be fine for just family calls.

Yes! That camera is not far off in price and would be really good for photo first and video second. Personally I think Fujifilm would be better value if you are thinking photo first. There cameras feel better and have charm. Plus their JPGs are so good. I shot a whole wedding in JPG and it took 25 min to edit everything. You can see some of those pics on my website. WeRoseNetwork.com under portraits. I wouldn't be so concerned with going full frame for a photo first camera. Fujifilm offers smaller lenses and much more affordable. Unless you have money to burn.

I really only like the Sony lenses for video because you can turn the focus ring while in auto focus and you can adjust your focus while rolling. For photo they aren't THAT special. and the price is high. There is better value with some of the other brands. @@-MrEVIL-

@@anthonyjackson31 you do have a point but what about the third party ones like Tamron 28-200 or 35-150

When you have focal lengths that go really wide and also telephoto, the lenses tend to be less sharp. I personally also dont use zoom lenses that much so that would be personal preference. But I am always concerned about lenses that are wide.. and telephoto. I have used a few Tamron multi purpose zooms and noticed the decline in sharpness for sure. But they are convenient if u are looking for one lens. Just not in my top ten lenses to try and get.@@-MrEVIL-

Hmmm I ran these shooting a whole day many times, but never three hours of shooting straight. The ninja gets hot but I have not heard anyone tell me it shuts down due to heat.

When I shoot in a studio environment I don’t feel like I need it. If I was shooting in an area where there are plenty of windows and harsh light I would want to bump it up to 10 bit to maximize dynamic range and colour depth. It’s not always needed.

But also the XT4 didn’t do 10bit internally

Ya totally just a funny little quirk for SD card users :) The only complaint with the camera is the SD card slots... thats how good this camera is lol.

It’s a small rig monitor mount and a small rig top handle as well.

Mines rock solid! Still running and just like I said back when I made this video I’m jumping to a 6k camera. My new video was shot on Panasonic S5Mkii

@@anthonyjackson31 Mine does this and Atomos said it's normal. But B&H said theirs is rock solid and no one else is mentioning this. Usually just do a JPG so if I’m feeling lazy I’ll post the print quality on IG too. I do not adjust sharpness with the exception of what I did here. It’s very easy to muddy up the print by adjusting sharpness too much. 👍🏼

Literally nothing to do with printing. In fact, the file he saves at the end is specifically in a lower quality because ‘you’d only need a higher quality if you were planning to print’. What 🤦🏼‍♂️
