Mines doesn’t connect when I connect my phone , only car play
I bought one on Ali express and does not connect anyway.
B0B59FB9WN. Upon initial test the unit powered itself on and none of the buttons lit up or will respond. I believe the pins are in the wrong locations. Do you have a diagram of where the pins in the back of the unit are? This way I can reopen the connector in the proper positions.

I wired the ignition and the 12V wires together just to get the unit working, but then my battery died a few days later.
Hello, if you connect the ACC and B+wires to the battery, it will cause the car stereo to be unable to turn off even when the car is turned off. Therefore, the car stereo will still consume the battery's power when you are not using the car. You need to find a wire that has a voltage of about 12V when the car is ignited and no voltage when it is turned off. Connect this wire to the ACC wire of the car stereo to solve the problem.

Hello, the amplifier can be connected to the positive and negative poles of the car battery. Our product's blue wire is connected to the amplifier's REM interface, and then connected to the amplifier through the RCA interface (L-OUT and R-OUT) on the back of the car stereo. You can find out the specific connection method through Amazon's product information.
I am not replacing an old screen I got a screen because my car doesn’t have one but it won’t turn off when the car is off I have to manually unplug it each time why is that?
Hello, this situation is usually due to your red and yellow wires being directly connected to the positive pole of the car battery at the same time. Please check if the wire connected by the red line is incorrect.

Hello, if you don't purchase wiring harness separately, the wiring process may be more complicated. Do you need to purchase a dash kit? Please confirm if the size of the center console opening in your car is 170 * 97mm or 178 * 100mm. If so, you don't need to purchase it.

harness adapters are only $10 and prevent any issues with oem wires.

Hello, you can put the image you want to set as wallpaper into a USB drive, then insert the USB drive into the car stereo, and then click on the image. You can set the image as wallpaper in the icon below the image.

@@naifay-car the issue is that i am not getting a signal. i can't search for radio, it doesn't connect with my phone, theres no audio at all on it. i have spent all morning trying to find a way to actually contact your company to send schematics of my hook up for trouble shooting but there is NO AREA stating how to actually contact this company to get assistance with trouble shooting.

Hello, you don't need the same extension cable. You can use the materials around you to directly connect the car stereo cable to the positive and negative battery poles.
