Rebecca, is a breast cancer survivor and mom of 4 and is passionate about raising awareness and funds for breast cancer and rare childhood diseases. More Polish Pottery has a retail shop, live shopping shows, has an APP that can be downloaded, and also a distributor of Polish stoneware and handmade Polish gifts to retailers throughout the USA. She was entrepreneaur of the year in 2018 in the Fox Valley area in Illinois.
JDM: Ellie's Steps for Strength
Ellie was diagnosed with Juvenile Dermatomyositis in February 2017. Her muscles and skin were affected, but mostly her muscles. She went from a child chasing butterflies and birds to barely being able to get up to her bedroom. She had to roll out of her bed in the morning and ask for help tying her shoes and getting her shirt on. Her disease progressed very rapidly. Four out of a million people get affected by JDM each year. By raising money for Cure JM, we hope that we can contribute to research for better treatments, education and perhaps one day a cure.

These Polish Pottery videos are all well and good and do show how the ceramic is currently made but they are not to be trusted in the history they recount. For example, this one displays a series of peacock eye vessels turning in the foreground and says that they are hundreds of years old but what are shown were made by JULIUS PAUL & SOHN in the 1930s! In fact the peacock eye pattern only originated ca. 1910. You must be careful what you read.
