Thanks for the feedback Ivo. I have told the video editor to make it much smaller so that it isn't distracting. We do have to have it on the video though as we have found other agents have been downloading our videos and using them for their own purposes.

@@AlmeriaHomesAlbox I understand, that's why I suggested putting it somewhere in the corner (and smaller of course). Putting it in the middle of the video will always be distracting, even if it's smaller. I found myself looking at the print constantly, instead of watching the details of the house. Honestly, I started skipping parts and did not watch til the end. And normally I ALWAYS watch until the end.

We are in the South of Spain, the hottest and driest part of Spain. We are right next to the biggest desert in Europe (desierto de tabernas). But saying that, it's normally greener but we haven't had rain for a very long time.

The property has mains water. There is no problem with water in the area. At the moment there are restrictions for the summer of 200L per person per day but nobody checks the usage.

They are mainly for security but they were originally a decorative feature many many years ago. You don't have to have them on if you don't want to, its just tradition here.

You have several options in the area. In some areas there is fibre optic internet ( 500-700mb) and in other areas there is just satellite internet (20-40mb) and recently a lot of people have been getting Starlink (120-220-mb).
