I'm so proud of myself! I've completed the first week of Alternate Day Fasting (ADF). I feel good! My energy is starting to pick up and I'm sleeping like a baby. In this episode, I was treated to an hour long massage at Massage Envy, and it was amazing. Spend a fast day with me and then see what I eat on a FEAST day! I was happy to see that you went to your reunion. It was also good to see you up and at 'em for your regular Monday hustle. There's just something about routine that helps us get through issues. Consistency in posting CAN be a good thing as far as sticking to routine goes but be sure that if time is needed to just do you, that you do that too. Feel better soon!🤗

Congratulations Chrissie! I definitely recommend taking your shower at night and then freshening up in the morning. If you’re anything like me, once I get in the shower I have to stand there for a minute just to enjoy the water 😂
@@ashleyobannon2992 yes, that’s what I do too! I spend about 15 or 20 minutes standing there in deep fault just enjoying that hot water. Don’t nobody have time for that when you have to be downtown by 7:30 so yeah I think I’m going to have to stick to a strict nightly routine to make my routine easier.

I'm not even a minute in but already chuckling. I'm the one who stills sips on my cocktail when my friends are downing shots. 😄 I feel like I'll be the LAST person on the planet to try Hello Fresh. Your wraps looked good. Why I have yet to try HF I do not know. That shape is nice on your hands...I like the way you started waving your hands more once they were done. There's nothing wrong with self care. At our age, we've earned it. In the end, it'll make you a better glam-mother. I am not a big drinker, but I enjoy a drink or two here and there when I’m out socially oh and let’s not forget my port wine, which I have no problem drinking all by myself at home …but SHOTS …not my thing… so I just sat there and sipped on my little rum punch, and that was that! If you want to try new recipes and guarantee that they will taste absolutely delicious give hello fresh a try! I know I sound like an infomercial, but I’m for real hello fresh has never disappointed! I really like the shape of those nails because they made my fingers look a little longer and sleeker instead of short and stubby, but when I got to work typing was a challenge so needless to say I’m back to the nubby nails and I’m trying to get them to heal from the damage calls from Acrylics.

I used to have Walmart+ and I stopped the deliveries so I can add more steps by shopping myself 😅At 50, my Weight loss journey is hard but I’m determined this time. Good luck with your health journey!❤
I really need to follow in your footsteps and cancel my Instacart. I have started alternate day fasting and I have lost about 10 pounds since July 1. I find alternate day fasting to be sustainable however, I plan on switching up my fasting schedule after I complete this first month of alternate day fasting. Sis, this weight gain after turning 50 has been so disrespectful.😩
