My Self Sufficient Life. Me and my husband live on a 10 acre property. I am passionate about living off the land, organic gardening,preserving, we both love keeping animals, currently we have chickens,turkeys,fish, ducks,goats and bees. I love cooking and baking and he loves looking after our animals. In the past few years we become more and more self sufficient. The Purple Potatoes are not so good this year, we are having a wet season and so many slugs 🐌. I am digging up some more this week, absolutely love harvesting potatoes 👩🌾. All the best to you too! Hope u and your family is blessed with an amazing potato harvest, thanks for your support 🙏

We are in winter here in Australia, but have been canning rhubarb, greens and chicken breasts. Dehydrated some rhubarb as well. 💐😊
Hi, good thing my dinner's almost ready as this video full of yummy foods has made me very hungry. Tonight I'm making cabbage leaf, collard, broccoli leaf, potato, leek and bacon soup with some chicken in it left over from last night's dinner. I also mixed a very wrong sourdough loaf of bread but we're going to eat it anyway and with more practice it'll get better.
