Baked Dorado with spinach, string beans and egg | Simple recipe of healthy dinner. w/Subs
Try this effortless recipe for baked fish (dorado) with greens, mozzarella, and egg. We used spinach and string beans, but feel free to add or substitute any vegetables and greens to your liking for the fish stuffing. Mix the veggies with cheese and bake them with the fish. Voilà - a healthy and delicious dinner is nearly ready. Just add an egg on top of the stuffing a few minutes before it’s done.
