I twisted the frame and the rear swing arm. Yes it was a Custom built, modified/gusset frame. You can buy a similar gusset kit from HPM motosports

I've only seen plastics on Ebay used. If you wanted new you probably be best to go to an actual Kymco dealer. There isn't many websites that sell OEM parts

Its questionable weather it is truly a 240 or not. The prior owner had a few things not line up, that he said, when I picked them up and found to be not accurate once my boys and I started running through standard maintenance on them. Eventually it will get a full rebuild and we will know exactly what parts are installed and what aren't.

Its silly how much it wants to stand up out of tight corners. Both have stock length swinger, but yea the Blue definitely has a wider footprint. The yellow does have an extended axle, but its narrowed as much as it will go until we put a arms on it.

@@SeanMooreFilms oh yea, any bit of tackiness and it wants to climb being so short. The woods trails covered in grass and leaves were a bit more forgiving.

The tiny wheel base makes it seem so snappy but I know the warrior will still take the cake in most situations. Once the warrior has its motor work done, it won't be much for comparison, but there is still plenty of giddy up with either blaster. That 2 stroke power in the small machine is good for non stop giggles

Thanks man! I agree, tossing a kid on a machine they aren't ready for can be a bit sketch but can really shorten the learning curve. Jax has been riding an auto 125 for like 5 years. The kicker and manual was/is the biggest hurdle for him. A few more weekends and he'll really start to play with the power band. Thanks for watching!

that is probably a FCR 39 carb or something smaller but for sure a keihin FCR carb they make that noice, moto cross bikes use them also they make that sound also

Agreed, most of the sites look real questionable. Not 100% positive with the newer 270's but I switch between Partzilla, looking up arctic cat Dvx250, and kymcopartsonline.com/catalog. Mainly just finding OEM part #'s and then search for them that way. Alot of times you can find them on Ebay, but i try to stay away from knock off brands

@@MnWarrior350 I wasn't sayin it like you took it buddy,running a banshee that high in rpm's really heats up the rings. I was just saying shift to third gear that would have been fine. Then again you said that was your first time on that banshee.

If it's not in your budget and you current cdi works don't upgrade, the overrev gain is negligible
