Hey! Hi. I have this smart lock. When you enter the code in order to see the configuration options display, you have tu identify yourself using your fingerprint or your code, and then you can navigate through various options. Look for the one that says “Lock Settings”, you will see a menu where you can read if it is for a new fingerprint, a new RFID card or a new face. Obviously you select that option and you go in front of the camera (outside) and place your face at a reasonable distance. If you have someone near to help you, it would be great. You know… “move a little bit to the left.. ok, get down a little… ok. Good” That kind of things. I hope it works! Good luck!

@@wadiebadra8039 Well, it has connection problems with Alexa, that’s very common, so my wife and I use it because it just makes life easier if we just lock/unlock the door with our fingerprint and besides that, the device does send you a notification to your phone when it is opened from the outside. So, although we don’t have it like a part of the whole “intelligent ecosystem” of the apartment, cuz it does its things by its own, for sure it’s better and way faster than a conventional key (and also looks good and futuristic, obviously). So, having said that, I do think it was a good purchase, yeah.
