😄Not brothy water! I promise it's not as thin as it looks. I will say it's not as thick as my fried chicken gravy which I love super thick...but it's perfect for heavy mash potatoes. 👌🏾
What did you fry them in?
Neutral cooking oil wirh a high smoke point like canola, grapeseed, or peanut oil.

I add egg, mushrooms, canned corn and green onion and it's amazing! Sometimes, for even more protein, I add some ham too and it's simply delicious
