This keyboard is seriously flawed. Firstly the PRIME software claims to work on ALL OS systems including Windows 7, 8 and 10 but this is FALSE. This PRIME keyboard software was tested on multiple computers running both WIN 7 and 8 and it crashed on launch. The software NEVER worked and even after contacting ADATA, none of them speak or understand English and were not helpful at all. 😡😡 This keyboard also claims that a "...keyboard without software is like a wizard with no spells". What a joke? Software that does NOT work AND it does not even provide "FN + Key" functions for the lighting effects as a backup! Most other RGB mechanical keyboards in this price range have BOTH software AND "FN + Key" functions for the lighting effects, but this keyboard only has software. Customers should steer clear of this keyboard until ADATA fix these issues, fix their software and include "FN + Key" functions as a backup to the software. Plenty of other great keyboards out there including Armageddon and Redragon, that give you both software and key functions that work on ALL OS systems, as far back as VISTA and WIN XP without the issues associated with this keyboard. Very disappointing!

Finally some notwbook design with 3 fans. Last model i've seen with that was acer predator triton 500, the one with i7 10750. Funny enough it had the mother flipped upside for "heat disipation". I mean IF you managed to make the keyboard remobable like a service access it'd been a winner idea. It had 2 nvme slota, yet it's smaller sister, the triton 300, had 3 nvme slots. Well done for XPG! (adata) Hope to see more coming with 3 fans or some application of the solid state disipation from throw systems displayed in CES 2023.
