BE REALLY CAREFUL ! I've used it with my 12,5 mm JFLOWERS SMO Uni-Loc carbon fiber shaft and it has carved in the ferrule... I am so sad because I had to wait and save the money for a lot of time in order to get my professional shaft and I take really a lot of care of it, so I bought this specific tool (that is expensive) because in their main website they literally claim "No risk of damaging the ferrule"... In addition, in the region where I live there is no billiard shop or specialist that can repair cues with proper material and I can't send it far away because it's the only shaft I have to play with as I'm not a sponsored player and I can't really expend a lot of money to have two professional shafts, so I've done the best myself with sand paper. I'm not telling that to be mean with Longoni brand, but just because I'm very sad because of this and I don't want other people like me that only have one expensive shaft and worked for it to have the same problem. thanks Longoni :(
do you need to burnish the tip or do anything else to it after trimming it or you can start playing straight away?
How can I install this in my Longoni Lisbona? I remove the original bumper and the hole is already a bit wider than the 3lobite component. Internal diameter is close to the maximum of 16mm. What should I do?

The seyberts site says it is good only up to 12.8 mm is that incorrect? I would like to get one of these but I have a 12.9 revo shaft
We have tested up to 12.8mm. Somebody use it normally also for 12.9 and 13mm but it's risky.
@@pierluigilongoni1493 I have a 12.9 revo shaft and it only fit with some force after trimmed so when you buy 14 mm tips to trim down this isn't the tool for you. It's a shame too because i liked the button to apply pressure to the razor.
@@vickaminski Thanks for your report. The main goal of the tool is not for tip replacemnt ( unless you trim the new tip with a cutter almost to the final diameter ) but to maintain a tip to correct function thorugh removing mushroom effect. We will consider however all suggestions for future projects.

Conosco la Famiglia Longoni dal lontano 1988 quando mi sono presentato in Ditta facendo presente loro he avevo intenzione di aprire un negozio di vendita accessori denominato Emporio del Biliardo a Firenze.....quel giorno sono uscito da Mariano Comense con 17 milioni di merce datami per aprire il mio negozio senza sborsare nessun anticipo. Questo è stato l'inizio della collaborazione con questi meravigliosi imprenditori che continua ancora da oltre 36 anni.....grazie a Renzo alla Franca ho potuto iniziare questo meraviglioso viaggio nel mondo del biliardo che prosegue ancora.

Wooden joint is for carom billiard(3 cushion). Also the have an american version ( s2, s20,s30 ), but they use their own joint called vp2, so you can use it only with longoni cues

I thought chemicals were a no-go with carbon shafts, doesn't the wax (which states "made for wood") mess with the resin in the shaft....?
The Longoni cuewax has no strong chemicals as mainly made with natural wax so no problem with the resin of carbon. It helps to make it smooth and to remove the graphite dust on the shaft. For this reason with the new package, we removed the word "wooden" as it's good also for resin-based shafts.

E' una situazione non comune. Forse è stata stretta troppo. Prova a mettere un po' di wd40 tra prolunga e calcio e lascia agire per un ora. Dopo si dovrebbe aprire. Se tutto ok, pulisci e puoi continuare ad utilizzarla. Di che zona sei ? Dove hai comperato la stecca ?
I agree to @Addepat - the wrap sucks - hands sweat even more and grip is awful. Not recommended.
Unfortunately this does not work with 11mm tips. Had to install another tip after damaging it too much.
Yes, the product has been developed for this diameter range : 11.8/12,8 mm. As specified on the box cannot be used outside. Out of that range you can damage the tool and the shaft.
@@LongonicuesItaly I've been using it since months or 11,2 and 11 mm shafts, it works fine. Just need to be more careful because the blade can get too much angle. great product 👍👍

How about players that play cadre will the 69cm be any good or do we keep the s2 as best shaft.
Luna nera is available in 69cm or 71cm lenght, conic or Eiffel profile. Unfortunately there is not a plan to make it in 67cm.

@@mr.mysterio2369 in the reality we have top shafts for that discipline : Pro maple and S2. That have been used by many players until now with great results.
I like the low cost 1 star hornbean wood series ,every 4 jears a new wail bleu and shaft went outused wen played weekle, is for me ok. I left BC 1912 FfM years ago , no time but i was over 10 years member ; just im far off a profresional player level , defentiv i relate longoni as the best Karambol Queue producer. I favor E71

Hi Gary. Yes, it's suitable also for fiber shafts: check that the diameter stays in the range between 11.8 and 12.8 mm

Used it a couple of times worked good but after the 3rd time it stopped working. Faulty equipment. Went back to the Joe Porper mushroom grazer.
Is this universal or only for Longoni cues?
It fits all carom cues with wooden grip. It doesn't work with cues with linen or leather.

Nel legno serve principalmente per tonificarlo ed ammorbidirlo. Nella fibra di carbonio ha un doppio ruolo: migliora l'estetica e lo rende più scorrevole.
