Why is my bread dry? Is it possible that the quality of ragi flour needs more water. The taste was good, only it’s not as soft as yours seems to be. Also what is the shelf life of this bread?

Since you dint grind it to powder, almost all the stuff got stayed in the bottom of the pan, which is visible when you pour milk into the serving bottle. So all the efforts go into vain know. Please advise the alternate way.

Can I use almond milk instead of cow milk

I have this bread maker since past 4 years, I’m finally about to use it to make for what I bought it -“Healthy Rahi bread” Thank you so much for the recipe.

He committed that 400 rs.will be charged for the problem for which I agreed. After repair the third party agency (Prime sales and services) who is in charge for Inalsa's service part sent us a bill of around 1100 rs. and denied to send the machine unless we pay the billed amount. I refused to pay the bill as it was overpriced. This was not only unethical but also a blackmail. Unfortunately, during the engineer's visit we had handed him over a Inalsa's hand blender for fixing a small lock button for which a small amount of 60-70 rs. was to be charged additionally. Now the billed amount includes highly overpricing which includes petrol charges, hand blender charges (approx 180 rs.), and others summing to 1100 rs. Above all, they want to send the machines via courier after I pay the whole amount. It means there is no demo of fixing the machines after repair. Now the both machines are with Inalsa's authorized service center and I'm sitting helpless at my home even after spending so much amount of hard earned money. Don't go with Inalsa at all as they are really practicing in unethical way. A lot of my valuable time and energy both got wasted in more than 100 followups and communication for which I won't advise anyone to go with Inalsa even if it is the only one company to sell these products in India.
