Waving the adhered seam on the other hand can speed up the applicaiton without causing any adhesion weakness.

Thank you for your comment. In the industry there are several pipe types for 90° Bends with smaller radiuses or bigger radiuses. On top of that woffer several insulation thicknesses and we have multilayer solutions where the total diameter changes. If these are combined together, there would be many templates only for one pipe diameter. Therefore, we recommend to create one template on the job-site and use it for your project.

Thank you for your comment. We are using 3 different knives for different purposes. The long knife is mostly used for round cuts, incline cuts where more surface area is needed. Middle size knife is mostly for straight cuts in case stability is important, and small knife is for small surface areas like pipe cutouts etc.

Me too but the boxes (especially the sheet boxes) are not as strong as they used to be. The cardboard is very thick and stong but the glue they use the last couple of years is not so good so they usually split open right away. I use Armacell 520 to reglue them but i hope someone at Armacell reads this so they can fix that in the factory. Mark van Utrecht Isolatie, The Netherlands

Thank you for your comment. Tube cartons look more stable because during the work on site, not the whole tubes are taken out of the carton and used. Therefore, there are still materials inside and this creates more stability. However, sheet materials are mostly taken out of the carton competely.

I work with the stuff constantly all you need is a Dexter rubber knife it's square and long for accurate cuts it's the perfect knife for this sort of work
