What's the name of the song??
It isn't really a "downtown city." Dallas isn't a city with lots of tall buildings like Houston, but one with gobs and gobs of iconic stores and shopping centers. Houston has one Galleria. Dallas has four or five on the same scale which doesn't even include the Galleria Dallas. The similar Galleria district of Dallas begins downtown and stretches north for twenty-two miles.

@@powerfulstrong5673 They built those tall buildings in downtown and they never came to fill them up. We are talking over 25% vacancy rate for the last 35 years. Dallas - Fort Worth has three business districts with a larger office market than downtown. These are the Richardson Telecom Corridor, Las Colinas in Irving, and the Plano / Frisco office market. Why build even more office space in downtown if it's just going to remain empty?

@@powerfulstrong5673 Skyscrapers are a sign of false wealth. Dallas - Fort Worth is the most dynamic market in the world with office space built all over the place. It just isn't very tall. Again, Dallas has lots of iconic shopping centers.

They don't do everything bigger in Texas it seems, since they must have never been to Chicago or especially, NEW YORK! NYC makes Dallas look like a small town!
Umm Dallas metro area is bigger than both NYC an Chicago by Urban size. And DFW will have more people then Chicago will by Next year

Never been to Dallas, it looks like a p cool and modern and nice city, but I feel like people, including whoever made this video, think it’s like the absolute most modern and biggest and most impressive city ever. If you wanna see a city like that go to Dubai or LA or NYC or Tokyo. Dallas doesn’t even look comparable to those cities.
LA is terribly over populated ,have fun visiting places and waiting 2 hours for service. NYC is the same exact way. And tokyo..... dont even get me started. Dubai is obviously nice but with a economy in the billions its not hard to do that. Dallas may not be dubai, but atleast you can enjoy yourself unlike LA, or NY
