I shot a spec ad for a local brewery here in Richmond Virginia featuring their Carrot Cake Imperial Ale. Made with freshly grated carrots. Spice notes of cinnamon, allspice, cardamon, clove, and vanilla complement the fresh carrot flavor. Check it out at your local Lickinghole.
